Open the package, then make sure the WiFi Camera (device) is intact, and includes all the accessories below

Preparation
Please prepare the following objects before using them
You would need:A smartphone or tablet with IOS 12.0 or Android 10.0 ( Mac or Windows PC not accepted) (higher versions accepted)
Wi-Fi Router
- The device can only connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router.
- The distance between the router and the device should be within 3 meters when configuration.
- Make sure to turn on the DHCP for the router and the MAC address should be off. . )
- Please do not use Chinese, symbols and b Wl·R other special characters as passwords The WiFi name and wi-Fi password should not be empty.
APP Installation
Please prepare the items below before you using them.
- Download app from Apple Store/Google Play.
- scan the QR code below to download this APP.
Charge the device
Working time:about 1.5h Fully charged:about 2h
Light Status
working time:Green Light Fully charged:Light goes off
How to Power on Camera?
Press the power button once, the light is on, the camera indicator starts to blink after 1 minute, the system of the camera emits signals
Note: –
- Please fully charge the device before using the device.
- If the red indicator light does not blink twice at : a time, please reset the camera.
- How to reset the camera? ,
Please press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds,: waitting for l minute the red indicator light will blink : twice at a time
Configure Device.
- Mobile Phone Setting WIAN (WiFi)
- Open the App click”+”
- Click “Manual Add”
- Click Search Camera from LAN
- Find The Product Device Model If the device is not available, please click refresh)
- Input the right pass word of the device click“ Save” or“√”
Watch Video
If the live video is filed,please close it and open again.If it is still freezed,please power off and restart the device and the WiFi outer, and keep the device and the WiFi router within 3m to configure again.
Connect the device to the router
- Continue with the pevious operation.
- The pioduc t is away from the router 3-5 m.
- Open the APP>>Settings>>Network Information
(WIFI)>>WI-FI manage>>Find Your Router SSID >>Enter Router SSID Fassword. Phone Setting>>WLAN(WIFI>>Click Router SSID WIFI>>Enter Router Fassword
TIPS
- Make sure the Wi-Fi isonnected to the Inernet.
- Make sure the smart phone/table PC are in the same Lan.
- Make sure to input the right assword.
- Choose time,time zone setting
- Choose to set local time zone then click “save”
- Select SD card recording settings
- Click format SD card
- set SD card recording

Q:How many users can watch the video the same time?
5 persons maximum.

Q:Whether device supports ONVIF?
Yes,it is standard.

Q:How many cameras does the App holds at the same time?
To make sure the App works well please do not connect over 10 cameras.

Q:Can I record the live video into my phone?
Yes.the manually record will saved into your phone.But the auto record will saved into the SD card.

Q:Whether device supports SD video recording?
Yes,up to 64G Micro-SD card.

Q:How long does my SD card can record?
If your camera is running full time recording,one 64G SD card can record about 4 days.If the SD card is no space for new video, it will erase the oldest video to save the newest.

Q:What is the format of the video reording on the Micro-SD card?
AVl,H.264 and most of the main media player ormat.

Q:How to use smart phone to watch the SD card recording?
Press the APP.press the local ecording “SD” ,then you can watch the video recording

Q:Why system prompt that equipment is off line after added?
Please click software “reconnect” or check whether the equipment power supply and the network connection is OK.

Q:Why stuck and time-lag situation happens some times when watching the video?
Please check your network connection or set up video quality to “low” pattern under advanced setting.

Q:What can I do if I forgot the equipment password?
Press (RST/SET) button on the unit and hold 5 seconds at last the device will be reset to the factory default setting in about, i minue.

Q:How do I change the password?
Open the App and click the gear icon.then you can nd’Modify Device Password”.The default password is “admin’.

Q:Why can’t it connec to WIFl or is it unstable?
Please make sure that the ditance between the device and the WIFI router is within 3 meters and there are no walls in the middle.

Q:Why can’t it connect to a dual-band router?
Please choose 2.4Ghz WIFI for the connection.

Q:Why can’t t configure with the app7
If you bought the devie before 2019, please use the old version. Our new app is just for the devie on or after 2019.

Q:Why there is a red indicator light under the ventilation hole when the device is energized?
The red light indicates a normal operation of the devie.lf it bothers you,you can turn it off the APP manually
