Introduction
When used with the high-bright remote monitor, the DJI Ronin 4D Video
Transmitter can be installed on the back panel of DJI Ronin 4D to transmit
video and control signals wirelessly.
Usage
Installation
- Press the battery eject button and remove the Intelligent Battery. (Figure A)
- Remove the four M4x19 screws on the battery compartment and remove the battery compartment. (Figure B)
- Install the four antennas on the video transmitter. (Figure C)
- Install the video transmitter on Ronin 4D and tighten three M4x19 screws. (Figure D)
- Install the battery compartment on the video transmitter and tighten the two M4x19 screws. Reinsert the Intelligent Battery into the battery compartment. (Figure E)
Linking
To start linking, hold the Link button on the video transmitter or go to Settings on the high-bright main monitor, tap Video Transmission, and then Pairing. The linking status indicator blinks red and green alternately.
When the linking is complete, the linking status indicator turns solid green and the video transmitter can communicate with the high-bright remote monitor.

Firmware Update
Use DJI Assistant 2 (Ronin Series) to update the firmware of the video transmitter.
- Power on the device and connect to the USB 3.0 port of a computer using a USB-C cable.
- Launch DJI Assistant 2 (Ronin Series) and log in with a DJI account.
- Select the device and click Firmware Update on the left side of the screen.
- Select the firmware version.
- The firmware will be downloaded and updated automatically.
- The device will restart automatically after the firmware update is complete.
