LED Lights Battery Operated Battery Replacement Instructions

1. Unlock the battery box.(See Fig.1).
2. Open the battery box.(See Fig.2).
3. Fit the batteries, require 3 x AA batteries, one after another, into the compartments of the Battery box. Make sure the batteries are placed in the correct direction, with the polarity matching that indicated on the side of the Battery Box (See Fig.3).
4. Close the battery box. (See Fig. 4).
5. Lock the battery box.(See Fig.5).

USE AND CARE IN STRUCTIONS

This item is Battery Operated with 1 function switch on the battery compartment.
Timer Function: Press the button once, the light chain shall be turned on and the timer will work automatically as 6 hours on and 18 hours off every day.
Flash Function:   To select one of the different effects, alter the function setting on battery compartment. To change the flashing function, press the button on battery compartment.
Function sequence is as following: Combination In Waves Sequential Slow Glow Chasing Flash Slow Fade Twinkle Flash Steady On Off.

• Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire or light string.
• Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
• Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in use.
• This light set is constructed with non-replaceable bulbs. DO NOT attempt to replace any of the bulbs in the light set.
• Do not connect this chain electrically to another chain
• This lighting chain is intended for decorative purpose only and not suitable for household room illumination.
• Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well maintained and fresh. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
• If the product is placed on the tree, the tree should be well secured and stable.
• Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged or frayed wire insulation or cords, or exposed copper wire.
• When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including trees, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections and wires.
• When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.

CAUTION:

• An adult must carry out battery replacement and installation.
• Remove exhausted batteries from this product.
• Do not dispose of batteries in a fire, batteries may explode or leak.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Do not mix used and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline standard (carbon-zinc), lithium or rechargeable batteries.
• Do not mix different types of batteries.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries in this product.
• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Do not allow any part to come in contact with heat or a direct flame.
• Do not allow water to come into contact with the batteries or wiring.
• Install carefully to prevent any damage to the batteries
• When installing [3 x 1.5V AA / LR6] batteries in the battery compartment, ensure the batteries are placed as marked (+)(-).
• Only the recommended batteries should be used.
• Remove batteries from product when not in use for long periods of time.
• Keep this product out of the reach of small children.
• Store unused batteries in their original packaging.
• Dispose of used batteries responsibly.
