• Q1: What should I do if the keyboard become sticky after a period of usage?
  Al: This usually happens due to low power.Please replace the battery on the keyboard and try again.

• Q2: What should I do if I can’t type with the keyboard?
  A2: First,please make sure whether the keyboard can be turned on. If you can’t turn on the keyboard, please change the battery and try again, if it still won’t work, please contact us if you can turn on the keyboard just it won’t type, please try repairing the keyboard with the USB receiver.

How to repair the keyboard to the USB receiver

• Step 1: Press and hold the “ESC” and the “K” key together for 3-5 seconds.
  

• Step 2: Wait until the power light turns on.
  

• Step 3: Insert the USB receiver and place the keyboard as closely as possible to the USB receiver.
  

• Step 4: The keyboard should be able to connect shortly.
