Features

Charge for any Qi compatibly wireless devices such as Apple or Samsung smartphones.

Safety instructions:

  1. Do not disassemble or throw into fire or water, to avoid damage.
  2. Do not use the wireless chargers in severely hot, humid, or corrosive environments, to avoid circuit damage and occurs leakage phenomenon.
  3. Do not place too close with magnetic stripe or chip card (ID card, credit cards, etc.) to avoid magnetic failure.
  4. Please keep the distance at least 30cm between implantable medical devices (pacemakers, implantable cochlear, etc.) and the wireless charger, to avoid potential interference with the medical device.
  5. Some phone cases may affect the charging performance. Ensure there is no metal object between your phone cases or try to take it off before charging.
  6. To take care of the children, to ensure that they won’t play with the wireless charger as a toy.

First Bluetooth connection

  1. Switch on the speaker power button.

  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. Refer to its user manual for instructions on pairing and
    connecting Bluetooth devices.

  3. Select “KM43099948” from the device list, then open your music app, play music on your device.
    If you have used a Bluetooth connection before, as soon as you switch on the speaker, the system will start searching for the device last connected. When the device is found,  it will re-connect automatically. If you want to switch between devices, turn off Bluetooth on the device last connected.

NOTE: Only one Bluetooth device can be connected to the speaker at one time

Charge a speaker

  1. Connecting a USB power adapter (not included) with DC 5V 1A or above power adapter will be required.
  2. Connect the USB-C cable (included) to the USB-C port to the device. The charging LED indicator light will turn on red and turn off when fully charged.

Charge a mobile phone

  1. Connect a USB power adapter (not included) to the socket. To achieve fast wireless charging, a Quick Charge 2.0 or above power adapter will be required.
  2. Connect the USB-C cable (included) to the USB-C port to the device. The wireless charger indicator light will turn on red.
  3. Place wireless charging support smartphone on wireless charging transmitter to start charging and the indicator light will turn into blue.
  4. If the charging position is improper, the red and blue indicator light will flash alternately.

Note:

  1. If the wireless charge not working, replace the smartphone in a proper position. The wireless transmitter is located at the middle.
  2. Do not place any metal object (eg. Keys, staples, nails. …) or credit card on the charging area.

Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be addressed to our  Customer Service Centre at 690 Springvale Rd, Mulgrave Vic 3170.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
