Function buttons/USB

S20BT has a built-in noise cancelling microphone, which can make/reject the phone calls crisply and reliably. And you can stop/start playing the music directly via the microphone control.

Basic functions and operations

  1. Power on
    Press and hold the “Multifunction” button for 3 seconds to power on: “Power on” prompt will be heard when the headset is turned on.

  2. Power off
    Press and hold the “Multifunction” button for 3 seconds to power off: “Power off” prompt will be heard when the headset is turned off.

  3. Pairing

  4. With your S20BT off, press and hold the “Multifunction” button for about 5 seconds until the red-blue LED is flashing rapidly (keep the button held down for another 2 seconds past the ‘power on’ prompt).

  5. Open your smartphone’s Bluetooth connection function to enable Bluetooth mode and search for the Bluetooth device. You should find the S20BT headset. Select the S20BT to finish pairing.

  6. Automatic Connection
    If your smartphone has been paired successfully with your S20BT, they will connect automatically if they’re within the effective distance (10m) and effective time period (5 minutes). If your S2OBT is outside the effective distance, it will disconnect. But if it comes back to being within the effective distance again within 5 minutes, it will connect back to your smartphone automatically. After 5 minutes with no connection, your S20BT will automatically power off.

  7. Playing music
    Press “Multifunction” button to start music. Press again to stop music.
    Press “+” twice to play next song.
    Press “-” twice to play last song.

  8. Volume Control
    Press “+” to increase the volume.
    Hold down “+” to increase the volume continuously.
    Press “-” to decrease the volume.
    Press and hold “-” to decrease the volume continuously.

  9. How to reset the earphones
    Turn off the earphones, long press the “Multifunction” button for 10 seconds the first prompt “dududu” will be heard. Don’t release and keep press until you hear the second prompt “dududu’”. Then the earphones have been reset successful.

  10. Incoming call
    When receiving an incoming call, press the “Multifunction” button to answer the call. Press the “Multifunction” button again to hang up. Rapidly press the “Multifunction” button for 2 seconds to reject the call.

  11. Call waiting
    During a call, press the “Multifunction” button for 3 seconds to put the current call on hold and answer the incoming call. (This function may depend on your network operator).

  12. Last number redial
    Press the “Multifunction” button twice to redial the last number.

  13. Control of voice assistant (e.g. Google Assistant, Siri)
    Hold down the “Multifunction Button” for 1 second until you hear a short beep, then immediately release the “Multifunction Button”. The voice assistant is now active and waiting for your voice input.

  14. Charging
    Please use a computer or USB outlet with 5V+0.2V output voltage to charge your S20BT, using the provided USB cable. A red light indicates that your S20BT is being charged. The red light will go out and the blue light will come on once your S20BT is fully charged (charge time is about 2 hours).

Maintenance and precautions

  1. Any improper use or unauthorized servicing that results in damage to your S20BT will void the warranty.
  2. Do not use sharp objects near your S20BT.
  3. Do not keep your S20BT in charging mode for long periods.
  4. Do not store your S20BT near toxic chemicals.
  5. Do not store your S20BT near magnets.
  6. Do not leave your S20BT with a fully drained battery for long periods.
  7. If your S20BT is out of use for a long time, please charge it periodically to protect the battery.
