HELPFUL TIPS
Mixing
For best results, always add wet ingredients to the mixing cup before adding
any dry ingredients. This will prevent the dry ingredients from sinking to the
bottom of the blending cup.
Texture
- For best results, ensure that all ingredients are as cold as possible before mixing. Drinks made with ice cold milk will mix thicker and frothier than if warmer milk is used.
- Do not use whole fruits when mixing. Mashed or pureed fruits work best.
Other Uses
This appliance can also be used to mix thin batters and eggs.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Make sure the 2-Speed Control Switch is turned off (O) and the unit is unplugged.
- Carefully wipe the Electric Motor, Mixing Wand and main unit with a slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth. NEVER immerse the Electric Motor in water or any other liquid.
- Wash the Blending Cup in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- DO NOT use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
- DO NOT place any parts in a dishwasher. Hand wash only.
