FAQS
Why there is no keyboard layout given? i suspect its us is?
The keyboard shown at the top of the Amazon page is an international ISO version. The keyboard that you will receive in the US is the US ANSI version shown lower on the same page under “From the manufacturer”.
My function keys did not work, any tips?
Fn+esc toggles between F-keys and Media Keys. You will see a “Lock” appear on
screen in ‘locked position for F-Keys and ‘unlocked’ for Media Keys.
You may find another issue with using the Numeric Key Pad. The Lock/Unlock
didn’t do the job for me – had to into Easy of Access Systems Settings and
change Keyboard settings. But had to search for ‘Turn on Mouse Keys’ and UN-
Check it. Required a reboot to get the 10-key pad to work.
can it be used in wired mode?
It is not a wired mode. However you can plug it in to the charger and use it while charging, or simply leave the charger plugged in. With backlighting, the MX keyboards only hold a charge for 7-10 days, and take several hours to recharge.
Is some pictures the Enter Key is larger than the other, which one is this one?
The enter key is the slightly smaller in length but the same size in height as the shift key.
the keyboard have in spanish whit ñ?
Dear customer, the “ñ” is not available on the keyboard.
Can this usb unifier works for my logitech keyboard K220?
The unifier is a generic unifier usb, so it is backward compatible with other logitech products. You can connect other logitech mice and keyboards without issues
can Device 1 be usb dongle and Device 2 bluetooth?
you can connect to up to 3 devices and easily switch between them with the dedicated profile buttons. You can use the both the USB Receiver and the Bluetooth low energy technology.
Does this work in mac boot/install screens via bluetooth or unifying as the m720 does not?
It works on Mac with both Bluetooth and unifying chip

the MX Master 3 and the MX Keys comes with the USB-A to USB-C charging cable. The cable can be used for both the devices.
Can the mx keyboard be paired with a wireless microsoft mouse?
Yes, sort of/ The MX Keyboard can use WiFi or Bluetooth, so if your machine has a bluetooth option, just pair the keyboard to it (super easy on a Mac), and then use whatever wifi dongle the Microsoft mouse comes with.
Does this keyboard have scissor switches or membrane switches?
