Some smart TVs, set-top boxes, and other devices need to set the audio signal as external audio interface output in order to use the device correctly. If not, the device may have no sound even the wire connect well, which is not a problem with this product. As for the audio output Settings, please operate in the Settings menu. The device Settings way depends on different brands. Please refer to the device manual or consult the dealer. -
