Two Easy Steps to Reclaim Your Screens with Dip Tank ProDip Tank Pro is a combination ink cleaner and emulsion remover designed to improve efficiency, reduce chemical and labor costs, and increase the throughput of the reclaim process. Premium Ink Wash and Stain Remover removes any stains after removing the ink and emulsion and contains degreasers eliminating the need for a final degreasing step. To begin, prepare your Dip Tank with the addition of Dip Tank Pro and water in the recommended 1:5 ratio. Once that is done you are ready to reclaim your screen in two easy steps:

  1. After scraping the ink out of the screen(s), place them in the Dip Tank for 3-4 minutes. The goal is only to soften the emulsion. After 3 — 4 minutes, remove the screens from the dip tank and pressure wash the screen and finish with a flood rinse.
    • Note:  Leaving the screens in the dip tank too long will dissolve the emulsion and leave it remaining in the Dip Tank. This will dilute the solution over time reducing its effectiveness.2. Spray both sides of the screen with Premium Ink Wash and Stain remover and brush. Let stand, then high-pressure rinse both sides of the screen and finish with a flood rinse.
  2. Spray both sides of the screen with Premium Ink Wash and Stain Remover and brush. Let stand, then high-pressure rinse both sides of the screen and finish with a flood rinse.

Maximize  your time with this Pro Tip:

While screens are in the dip tank softening the ink and emulsion, others are being high-pressure rinsed after being removed from the dip tank. This continuous process provides the opportunity to reclaim more screens than other traditional manual processes.
