Product introduction

This power bank can provide wired charging or wireless charging function for mobile phones, tablets, ebook readers, game machines and other products. Equipped with wireless and wired 2-in-] charging design, the strong magnetic force can achieve wireless charging function. The power digital indicator can show the battery capacity clearly. And the product is compatible with a variety of fast charging protocols, which support iP2OW PD fast charging, Samsung AFC, QC3.0, FCP, PE and other brands of mobile phone fast charging schemes. The three output port design of the portable power bank can charge three devices at the same time, the built-in intelligent chip can provide overcharge, over discharge, temperature protection and other safety protection circuits.

Instructions

1. Viewing the battery power:
   Press the power button once to turn the power output function on to check the remaining power of the power bank. The digital display screen will automatically turn off after about 30 seconds. 100%|

2. Charging the power bank:
   Connect the correct charging cable with the relative port to the power bank, the power indicator flashes to show the current power capacity, which means that it can connect normally and start to charge the power bank. While it may fail to connect it and charging it if there is no light of the indicator. Please check whether the charging cable is connected normally.

3. Operation instructions of wired charging and outputting function:
   Connect the USB charging cable to the corresponding output port of the Power bank, and the Power bank will automatically turn the output function on. Due to compatibility problems of some smart phones, it is normally needed to press the power button to turn the power output function on. Press the power button once to turn it on to charge the device and the output function will wait for operation for about 30 seconds. Otherwise, the power output will be automatically turned off if there is no external load in 30 seconds.

4. Operating instructions for wireless charging and output function:
   Press the power button once to turn it on, and the digital indicator screen lights up. Then, the power bank will charge the mobile phone directly that supports wireless charging function within 30 seconds once put the mobile phone on the wireless charging area. Otherwise, the power bank will automatically turn off the wireless charging function if the wireless load is connected within 30 seconds.

5. Wireless charging tips:
   Put the wireless charging mobile phone on the wireless charging area of the power bank(the wireless charging area as shown in the figure). Please keep the wireless charging distance of the mobile phone within the wireless charging range of the power bank.

   Please charge the power bank with the Type-C charging cable.

8. Check whether the charging voltage of the digital product matches the output voltage of the product;

9. Connected the digital product and the output port of the power bank with the original cable of the digital product. The power bank will automatically turn on to charge the mobile phone or other digital products, and the digital screen will keep on.

10. Put the mobile phone with wireless charging function into the wireless charging area of the power bank and the LED indicator light will light up while charging the mobile phone. And the indicator light will always light up.

1. Please keep the charging contact surface(back area of the mobile phone) away from the metal substances, such as iron sheet, ring, metal protective shell, etc.
2. Please try to cool the mobile phone, remove the protective sleeve, and then align the phone with the normal wireless coil position of the power bank if there is an intermittent charging/discharging or burning and heating condition. It is likely that the wireless charging area of the mobile phone is not fully aligned with the wireless charging coil of the power bank or there is a metal foreign object in the protective phone case.
3. This product has an overcurrent protection function. The product will turn off or reduce the output power, reduce the charging speed to ensure safety if there is misuse. Please check whether there is a misuse operation or not used improperly.
4. Do not put the product in water, fire, medium high temperature environment (greater than 4S5degrees) and low temperature environment (less than – 20 degrees). Please keep it away from children, especially keep the children from contacting the accessories.
5. Please charge the power bank with a battery adapter that meets the input specifications of this power bank to ensure the normal use of this product.
6. Please stop using it immediately if there is a battery expansion, liquid leakage, deformation, water immersion or short circuit failure.
7. Please charge the product at least every 5 months to keep the better perforrnance of the power bank if it is not used for a long time.
8. Please stop using the electrical appliances or loads that exceed the output current of this product.
9. This product may generate heat during wireless charging function is working. It is the normal sensible temperature about 50-60C for wireless charging under full load operation(it feels hot when touching it, but the hand can touch it for more than 30 seconds). Otherwise, if there is abnormal heating condition(it feels too hot to touch it insistently for S seconds), please contact the customer service immediately.

1. Consulting services: Please read through this user manual before using the product and keep the manual for future use.
2. Guarantee replacement: the company undertakes that if there is any quality problem within 7 days from the date of sale, the customer can choose to return the product for replacement and provide maintenance service for you (Provide the appearance is in good condition). But please keep the product, accessories and package in good condition.
3. Warranty service: if there is quality problem caused by impersonal factors in warranty period, we can provide free maintenance service for you (one-year free warranty service only, or we will charge it for repairing caused by human damage).
4. Maintenance bill: if there is quality problern caused by personal factors within one to three years fromm the date of purchase, it can be charged for maintenance service. Users need to pay for the componerts, transportation and labor costs if they need repair.
