SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.
In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Regarding the information pertaining to the installation, handling, servicing and disposal of the appliance, thanks to refer to the below paragraph of the manual.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
- Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.
- Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
- Always plug the appliance into an earthed plug socket.
- If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power consumption of the appliance, otherwise overheating of the extension cord and/or plug may occur. There is a potential risk of injuries from tripping over the extension cord. Be careful to avoid dangerous situations.
- Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
- Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
- To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.
- Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the plug from its socket and send it to an authorized service center for repair.
- Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
- Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
- This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
- Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Do not upend this product or incline it over a 45℃ angle.
- Keep the appliance 8cm away from other objects to ensure the good heat releasing.
- Do not use the accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the appliance close by flames, hot plates or stoves.
- Do not switch on the power button frequently (ensure 5min. interval at least) to avoid the damage of compressor.
- Metal sheet or other electric objects are not allowed to be inserted into the appliance to avoid fire and short circuit.
- When take out the ice cream, do not knock the removable bucket or the edge of the bucket to protect the bucket from damage.
- Do not turn on the machine before install well the removable bucket or mixing blade.
- The initial temperature of the ingredients is 25±5℃. Do not put the ingredients into freezer for pre-freeze, as it will easily make the mixing blade blocked before the ice cream is in good condition.
- Do not remove the mixing blade when the appliance is on working.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Never clean with scouring powders or hard implements.
- Always let the appliance rest for at least 2 hours after moving it from one location to another.
- WARNING: When positioning the appliance, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged.
- WARNING: Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of the appliance.
- To avoid contamination of food, please respect the following instructions:
- Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the temperature in the compartments of the appliance.
- Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food.
- Regarding the ingredients and max. quantity of mixtures, please refer to the below paragraph of the manual.
- Regarding disposal of the appliance, please refer to the below paragraph of the manual.
The refrigerant isobutene (R600a) is contained within the refrigerant circuit
of the appliance, a natural gas with a high level of environmental
compatibility, which is nevertheless flammable. During transportation and
installation of the appliance, ensure that none of the components of the
refrigerant circuit becomes damaged.
The refrigerant (R600a) is flammable.
Caution: risk of fire
If the refrigerant circuit should be damaged:
- Avoid opening flames and sources of ignition.
- Thoroughly ventilate the room in which the appliance is situated.
Warning:
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
- Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
- Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
- When disposing of the appliance, do so only at an authorized waste disposal centre. Do not expose to flame.

BEFORE USE

Clean all parts according to the section “Cleaning and maintenance”.

Always place the appliance upright on a flat surface in order that the built-in compressor can provide the best performance.

Prepare the recipe ingredients before using the machine.

Prepare the ingredients from your own recipe.
Note: you do not need to freeze the removable bucket for hours in freezer beforehand, as this machine has a built-in compressor that freezes the ingredients during operation to ensure the output of the ice cream. -
Pour the prepared recipe ingredients and warm water into the removable bucket. Mix it well.
To avoid overflow and waste, please make sure that the ice cream ingredients do not exceed 60% of the capacity of the removable bucket. (Ice cream will expand after finished.) For yoghurt, the total mix of ingredients should not be over 1000g. -
Put the removable bucket into the appliance. Make sure it fits tightly. When the loading bucket is placed, the two ears of the bucket should face the two notches on the top cover. Otherwise there will be problems such as poor performance and slippage.

If you want to choose the ice cream mode, please install the mixing blade into the bucket. If you want to choose the yoghurt mode, please remove the mixing blade. Put the transparent lid onto the appliance and lock it in an anti-clockwise direction.
Note : there is a small arrow on the transparent lid. Make sure it points at the left side of the appliance after the lid is locked.
OPERATION
Always let the appliance rest for at least 2 hours after moving it from one location to another.

Plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet. A beep sound will be heard. The power button on the touch screen is flashing. This is the power-on state. (Fig.1)

Press and hold the power button for more than 1 second to enter the mode selection interface. Touch the mode icon, the upper and lower brackets will appear on the icon to indicate that the current mode is selected. As shown below in Fig.2 (Ice cream mode)
If you want to shut down, press and hold the power button for more than 1 second.
Note: before starting to make the ice cream, you can press the mixing mode button to choose the mixing function. It helps mix the ingredients more evenly. After the ice cream making process is finished, you can press the freezing mode button to choose the freezing function. It helps keep freezing the ice cream to avoid melting. -
After the mode is selected press the timer increasing/decreasing buttons to adjust the working time 5-60 minutes for freezing mode/mixing mode/ice cream mode; 4-24 hours for yoghurt mode. Long press the timer buttons for rapid adjustment.

Press the start/pause button; the appliance begins to work. The mode buttons and timer buttons are locked. If you need to change the mode or adjust the time press the start/pause button to pause the machine first and then press your desired buttons.

During last 5-10 minutes of the ice cream mode or yoghurt mode, you can add your flavor ingredients (such as chocolate almonds/cookies/fudge brownie/etc.) into the bucket through the refill lid. Remember to press the start/pause button to pause the machine first and then add the ingredients.

After finished making the ice cream, the appliance will stop working for approx. 10 minutes (The screen displays “00:00”). After 10 minutes, the compressor and fan motor start to work again for another 10 minutes (The screen displays “COOL”). Finally, the appliance will send out 3 beep sounds and then turn to the power-on state.
After finished making the yoghurt, the screen will turn to display “COOL”. The compressor and fan motor start to work for approx. 15 minutes to keep the temperature of the bucket drops below 9 °C and then stop working. Whenever the temperature sensor detects that the temperature is higher than 9 °C, the compressor and fan motor will start to work again for approx. 4 minutes to keep the temperature of the bucket drops below 9 °C again and then stop working. If there is no other operation, the machine will repeat above operation without shutting down.
Storage of the ice cream/yoghurt:
Remove the finished ice cream/yoghurt into another container using a plastic
scoop or a wooden spoon. Do not use a metal scoop to avoid scratch on the
inside of the removable bucket.
Motor protection function:
As the production time becomes longer, the ice cream becomes harder and
harder, and the blending motor will be blocked. At this time, the temperature
controller of the motor will monitor the temperature of the motor and
automatically stop the motor to ensure the lifespan of the blending motor.
RECIPES
ICE CREAM COLD PREPARATION
• 3 dl milk
• 150g sugar
• 2 dl cream
• 3 egg yolks
• dash of salt
Mix the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer to a creamy substance. Add the cream and milk. Mix everything while adding a bit of salt. Put the mixture in the ice cream maker. Time: +/- 30 min.
ICE CREAM WARM PREPARATION
• 4 dl milk
• 150 g sugar
• 2 dl cream
• 3 egg yolks
• dash of salt
Mix the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer to a creamy substance. Add the cream and milk and heat the mixture up to boiling point, but don’t let it boil. When the foam becomes firm, there will be a yellow cream on top. Take the mixture of the fire and let it cool down. Add the mixture in the ice cream maker. Time: +/- 60 min.
VANILLA ICE CREAM
• 1 vanilla stick
• 3 egg yolks
• 3 ½ dl milk
• 2 dl cream
• 150 g sugar
Wash the vanilla stick and slice it lengthwise, so the aroma can spread better
in the mixture.
Mix the milk and cream, add the vanilla stick to it and heat it up. Take it
off the fire as soon as it boils. Let it cool. Mix the egg yolk and the sugar,
add the milk/cream mixture, after removing the vanilla stick. Heat it up
again, but without boiling it. When the mixture starts to set, take it of the
fire and let it cool down. Filter the mixture and add it in the ice cream
maker. Time: +/- 60 min.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution: Unplug the appliance and let it come to room temperature before cleaning.
- Wash the removable bucket, mixing blade, transparent lid, measuring cup and scoop with clean water.
- Remove any dirt on the main body or other places with a dampened cloth. Do not pour water on cord, plug and ventilation openings. Do not immerse the appliance in water or in any other liquid.
- Dry all parts thoroughly and put them back to the original position.
- Do not put any parts in a dishwasher for cleaning purpose.

without the receipt you can’t claim any form of warranty. Damage caused by not
following the instruction manual, will lead to a void of warranty, if this
results in consequential damages then we will not be liable. Neither can we
hold responsible for material damage or personal injury caused by improper use
or if the instruction manual is not properly executed. Damage to accessories
does not mean free replacement of the whole appliance. In such case please
contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts is
always subject to a charge. Defects to consumables or parts subjected to
wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are
not covered by the warranty and are to be paid.
