This includes a Dragonflight Balance Light, a Type C USB cable and an instruction manual booklet.
Product Operation
Place the Dragonflight Balance Light on the provided cylinder or onto any hard
surfaces.
Please be extra careful when placing the light and ensure it is stable and
secured before letting go to avoid any damaged to the light
The product usually arrives 70% charge, however, please fully charge before
using for the first time. You may use any USB plug Adaptor in 5V output such
as Smartphone chargers or USB port on the computer.
What Is It Made Of
We care for the environment as much as you would and providing something which is sustainably designed and made is also our key product philosophy here at Gingko.
The Dragonflight Balance Light is made of natural and sustainably sourced
walnut and maple wood. The wood we use on this unit may come from recycled
source.
Warranty and Product Care
Warranty
This product is covered under one year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, any repair service or components replacement will be provided for free. Warranty does not apply to the following circumstances:
- Product failure due to improper use, misuse, drops, abuse, alteration, faulty installation, power line surge or modification.
- Product failure due to acts of nature such as natural disaster, fire, flood, or casualty.
- Any damage caused to the charging port by user error is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Product Care
- The product is made of natural wood, any natural wood grain on the wood is not a product fault.
- Heavy drop or misuse of this product could cause damage to the device and the wooden exterior.
- You may use a wet cloth to clean the wooden exterior, however do not have direct contact with water as this product is not water proof.
- Only use 5V USB charging adaptors(Not included) to charge this product.
