Quick User Manual
Thank you for your purchase of the Gingko Twist Hexagon Lamp.
Please read the instruction manual carefully to achieve the best performance
of this product.
Product Content
- Hold both sides of the Twist Hexagon Lamp and gently pull while twisting it at the same time to open and turn the light on.
- Once it’s on, quick tap once on the copper touch button on the top of the Twist Hexagon Lamp to switch the light OFF or back ON again. You can also slowly close the lamp by pushing both covers to turn off the light.
- Long tap on the copper touch button on the top of the Twist Hexagon Lamp to adjust the brightness of the lamp. Release finger when you have reached your desired brightness.
Product Charging Instructions
The product usually arrives 70% charge, however, please fully Charge it before using for the first time by following the below nstruction:
- Take the USB charging cable out from box underneath product.
- Connect the USB charging cable to any USB plug adapter with a 5V output i.e. a smartphone charger or a USB port on the computer.
- Carefully connect it to the charging port on the product.

Warrenty & Product Care
Warranty
This product s covered under one year manufacturer warranty starting from the
date of purchase. Within the warranty period, any repair service or components
replacement will be provided for free. Warranty does not apply to the
following circumstances:
- Product failure due to improper use, misuse, drops, abuse, alteration, faulty installation, power ine surge or modification.
- Product failure due to acts of nature such as natural disaster, fire, flood, or casualty.
- Any damage caused to the charging port by user error is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Product Care
- The product is made of natural wood, any natural wood grain on the wood is not a product fault.
- Heavy drop or misuse of this product could cause damage to the crystal and the wooden exterior.
- You may use a damp cloth to clean the exterior, however do not have direct contact with water as this product s not water proof.
- Only use SV USB charging adaptors (Not included) to charge this product.
