Warning: When cutting staple forks, wear safety goggles and keep your hands on the staples to prevent injury from sputtering the cut section.
Kindly Note:

1. Before disassembling the main unit, please plug out the lead cable.
2. The operations of servicing can only be controlled by qualified technical and.
3. Be careful: high risk of burns. The staples can reach a very high temperature and remain hot 5 seconds after having stopped the machine.
4. Don’t perform hot stapler operations in very wet areas or on a wet floor.
5. Make sure that the operator has no contact with the staples to be welded without any protection.
6. Don’t weld in an atmosphere full of inflammable gas or fuel steam.
7. It is necessary to make regular preventive maintenance.
8. Don’t weld with worn-out cables.
9. Switch off the unit before replacing the staples.
10. The welding material must be degreased and cleaned to limit the toxic gas during the welding process.

Operation Steps:

1. Clean clean surfaces from plastic cracks and sand paint, if any (avoid heating paint to produce harmful substances).

2. According to the crack, choose the appropriate staple to install on the copper rod (generally placed in the front position will meet most maintenance needs, unless you need a relatively low temperature).
   (Note: do not press the switch during binding).

3. Power can be selected according to model thickness. , the higher the power, the faster the heating, and the highest 100W fast heating.

4. Press the switch, heat the staple, and release it.

5. Quickly press the staples into the plastic case. Allow to cool slightly to remove the torch.

6. Wait for it to cool down, and clip off the staple with the supplied diagonal cutter.

7. According to your needs, using the metal scraper can smooth the plastic, making the repair more beautiful.
