ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification.
- Turn the power to the installation point OFF.
- Assemble the rods (4) together using the nipple (3). Connect them to the swivel (2) and the coupling (12).
- Install the metal band (6) onto the glass shade (7) using the thumb screws (5).
- Install the bulb (NOT PROVIDED) into socket (8).
- Using the nipple (11), assemble the metal plate (9) and the cap (10) into the coupling (12).
- Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and installation.
- Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
