Before operating this unit, please read this manual thoroughly and keep it for
future reference. This manual will help you use many of the interesting and useful functions to make your KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame display more enjoyable.

This KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame lets you view digital photos and videos directly from your smartphone memory card or USB stick. You will be able to create a slideshow using multiple transition effects or display only one photo at a time. No computer, digital camera, or cable connection is required.

Let’s start to display your everyday photos displaying every day in this KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame.

Important safety precautions

Always follow these basic safety precautions when using your KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame. This will reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury.

  • Protect the power cable. Route power cables so that they are not likely to be stepped on or pinched by items placed on or against them. Pay particular attention to the point where the cable connects to the KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame.
  • Only use the supplied AC adapter with the KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame. Using any other adapter may cancel your warranty.
  • Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet when you do not in use the device anymore.
Screen cleaning

Clean the screen carefully
To clean fingerprints or dust on the LCD screen, it is recommended to use a soft, non-abrasive cloth such as a camera lens cloth.
If you use a special LCD screen cleaning kit, do not apply the cleaning solution directly to the LCD screen. Clean the LCD screen with the cleaning solution by applying  it to the cleaning cloth.

Description


Installation

Step 1: Plug in the AC adapter
Connect the adapter to the power outlet, the KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame will automatically turn on.
Step 2: Follow the instructions to setup the KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame
Once the KODAK Classic Photo Frame displays the boot animation, please follow the instructions to start the setup.
Select your language

Select your time zone

Select the available WIFI connection and enter the corresponding password

  1. Open the application to register a new account and connect to the KODAK Classic Photo Frame by scanning the device QR code or enter the device code. You can find the device QR code from Setting > Account. Device code: a 9-digit code will appear after connecting the device to WiFi.

  2. After successfully connecting your device, you can send photos from your smartphone to the KODAK Classic Photo Frame. Start sharing your happiness with your family.

How to get the phone application
  1. Search“KODAK Classic Frame” from Apple APP store or Google Play to download mobile phone APP.
    Open the application and start to register a new account. If you already have an account, please sign in directly.

  2. Scan the device QR code on the frame or enter the device code to connect the frame. After successfully binding, you can send photos, videos and music!

How to upload ?
  1. Choose a frame on which you want to upload files

    Note: Please select your region, when uploading for the first time.

  2. Transfer photos from a local album or press the camera to take a photo or a video

Photo: you can send up to 9 photos at one time
Video: you can send a-15s video
Music: you can send up to 9 music at one time

How to use the KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame

Main Menu
The main menu is shown below, you can touch the icons on the panel to enter different functions.
The menu consists of Album, Music, Video, Calendar, Weather, Setting.

Album

In the Album, you can find the photos by user upload or local import. In this way, it is easy for you to locate each family member photos from “User upload.”

You can view and start the slideshow of an album, edit these photos or start the carousel of a photos selection or all photos. Here are the choices available to you by clicking on a photo: Leaflet / Play all / Crop / Rotate / Delete / Information

Leaflet – – show only the current photo
Play all — play all photos in the same album from user upload or local import. If you choose play all, the slideshow begins automatically.
Crop — move or adjust the box to crop it to the desired size
Rotate — rotate the photo left or right
Delete — delete the current photo
Info — show information of the current photo (name, modification time and date, stock route)
By clicking on “Edit”, you can select all, copy, move and delete photos.

Music

Touch the Music icon from the main menu to access the music player. Select the playlist from the left side and tap on the function icons at the bottom to play or pause / play the last song or next song. Control volume / playback mode by touching the speaker / cycle icon at the bottom right.

By clicking on “Edit”, you can select all, copy, move and delete music.

Video

Touch the Video icon from the main menu to access the video player, you can find the videos sent from other accounts or local import. In this way, it is easy for you to locate each family members video from “User upload”
You can play a video, edit videos or start the carousel of a videos selection or all videos. By clicking on “Edit”, you can select all, copy, move, and delete videos. During the video playing, you can choose to play or pause/ play the last video or next video / playback mode.


Calendar

Touch the Calendar icon from the main menu to access Calendar. Press on the right and left arrow on the top to switch months, and calendar icon on the right side to return to the current date.

Clock

Touch the Time icon from the main menu to access Time zone. You can set the date / time / time zone / time format or activate the automatic date and time setting.

Weather

When you set up your location, the weather forecast will automatically show 3 days of weather of your local city via Wi-Fi. You can touch the refresh icon or search icon at the top right corner to add other city and display other cities weather. It is also possible to switch temperature unit by clicking “C” and “F” icons.

Setting

In the settings menu, you will have many options to customize the way your KODAK WI-FI Photo Frame operates. Swipe the middle photo to right or left, or click on one of the icons to modify some settings: Account / WiFi / General / Alarm / Time / Sending / Storage / About

Account: device account, display the QR code or device number to connect

Wi-Fi: enable or disable the internet connection

General: includes Languages / Screen saver / Screen saver type / Display mode / Play interval / Play animation / Brightness / Volume setting

Alarm: add alarm and ring

Time: includes date / time / time zone / time format setting

Sending: you can send a photo by e-mail to the showed address and then upload it to the device.
Note: only following mailboxes are supported at present @163.com/@qq.com/@gmail.com/@126.com/@sina.com/@aliyun.cm/@ utlook

Storage: shows the amount of internal memory and Cloud data–10GB, as well as those of SD card and USB disk if any.

About: Device information (you can set the device name, update the system or reset factory setting. Once you have chosen default reset and deleted all data, all user data will be cleared.)
