Important notice
- In-ear Wearing Detection Check the status of wearing earphones. When users take off either earphone, music will stop playing and when users wear both earphones again, music will resume playing
- Pairing time In pairing mode, the earphones will automatically turn off if the disconnection lasts for more than 5 minutes.
- Restore factory settings Open the lid of the charging case (within 10 seconds), and long-press the left and right earphones for 7 seconds. When the white light flashes, it means restoration of factory default settings is completed.

Why my product cannot be turned on/off?
- Make sure that the charging case and the earphones have battery left, take out the earphones from the charging case, and the earphones will automatically turn on;

Why can’t my product connect to the wireless device again?
- The earphones will be disconnected if they are out of the connection range of 15 meters. The earphones will automatically shut down if they are not back to the connection range within 5 minutes

It is not working when double-tapping the earphone functions?
