Setup Instructions
- Connect the DC power connector to the base of the charge dock.
- Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet.
- Align the bottom of the PS5™ controller to the charge dock and push down gently to start charging.
- The LED on the PS5™ controller will indicate charge status.
Controller LED Indication:
- If the controller is not connected to the console: The LED will flash ORANGE when charging, the LED will turn off when the controller is fully charged.
- If the controller is connected to the console (via Bluetooth), the controller LED will stay ON. You can check the battery status in the PS5™ settings.
Please Note: The above is for reference only, please check official PlayStation® documents for more detailed information. The Ultra Charge™ requires the PS5™’s Rest Mode. Under “Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode”, set “Supply Power to USB Ports” to “Always” so that the controllers have enough time to fully charge.

- Store in a cool, dry & dust-free area.
- Do not store in areas of extreme low temperatures (0ºC) or High (40ºC).
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Do not allow the product to get wet or dirty; doing so may cause damage.
- Do not clean with benzene, paint thinner, acetone, alcohol or other solvents.
- Do not take the product apart; doing so will void your warranty and may cause electrical shock or damage to internal components.
- Please help to conserve the enviroment by recycling the cardboard packaging of this product.
- This product should NOT be disposed of in normal household waste. It should be disposed of separately. Please take it to an electrical waste collection point.
