SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
SAFETY CONDITIONS IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ON SAFETY OF USE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
- Before using the device, read the operating instructions and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
- The appliance is intended for domestic use only. Do not use for other purposes inconsistent with its intended use.
- The device should only be connected to an earthed socket 220 240V ~ 50/60Hz. In order to increase the safety of use, many electric devices should not be connected to one electric circuit simultaneously.
- Be especially careful when using the device when children are in the vicinity. Do not allow children to play with the device and do not let children or people unfamiliar with the device use it.
- WARNING: This equipment may be used by children over 8 years of age and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or people with no experience or knowledge of the equipment, if this is done under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or has been provided to the instructions on the safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers associated with its use. Children should not play with the equipment. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children unless they are over 8 years of age and these activities are performed under supervision.
- Always remove the plug from the outlet after use, holding the outlet with your hand. DO NOT pull on the cord.
- Do not immerse the cable, plug, and the entire device in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the device to weather conditions (rain, sun, etc.) or use it in high humidity conditions (bathrooms, damp mobile homes).
- Periodically check the condition of the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a specialist repair shop in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not use the appliance with a damaged power cord, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any way, or if it is not working properly. Do not repair the device yourself as it may cause electric shock. Take the damaged device to an authorized service point for inspection or repair. - For additional protection, it is advisable to install a residual current device (RCD) in the electrical circuit with a rated residual current not exceeding 30 mA. A specialist electrician should be consulted in this regard.
- Accessible surface temperatures can be high when the appliance is operating. Never touch the hot surfaces of the appliance
- Due to the high temperature, special care should be taken when taking out the prepared dishes, removing hot fat or other hot food remnants. Hot steam may come out of the appliance.
- The device has a heating function. The device should be used with care. Only touch surfaces intended for this purpose. Use protective clothing (oven mitts, etc.)
- After finishing work, wait until the device cools down before putting it into the packaging.
- It is not allowed to put cardboard, paper, plastic, and other flammable and fusible products on the device.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated with external timers or a separate remote control system.
- The power cord must not be placed over the device, and it must not touch or lie near hot surfaces. Do not place the device under a power socket.
- Do not move or carry the device during operation. After finishing work, they can be moved only after they have cooled down.
- Before and during use, make sure that the power cord is not stretched over an open fire or other heat source and over sharp edges that may damage the cable insulation.
- All packaging materials should be removed before the first use. Attention! In the case of housing with metal elements, an invisible protective foil may be stretched over these elements, which must also be removed.
- NEVER cover the device during operation or when it is not completely cool, remember that the heating elements of the device take time to cool down completely.
- BE CAREFUL if you use the device on surfaces sensitive to high temperatures. It is then recommended to use insulating pads

BEFORE FIRST USE

Remove all cartons and labels from the device.

Wipe the heating plate first with damp and next with a dry cloth.

Apply a bit of edible oil or other plant fat onto the heating plate, connect the device to a grounded power socket, the power indicator lamp will light up (2). Set the thermostat knob (4) on MAX, the ready indicator will light up (3).

Keep the appliance running for a few minutes to get rid of the manufacturing odor.
The device could emit some smoke during this time. That’s normal. -
Clean unit according to the “Cleaning” part of manual
USING DEVICE
Prepare needed products.

Connect the device to a grounded power socket- the power indicator lamp will light up (2).

Set the Temperature Control knob (4) to your desired setting: “MIN” for light-coloured crepes and “HIGH” for darker crepes. The ready indicator will light (3). Wait about 5 minutes. After this time device should reach the required temperature-ready indicator lamp will go off (3).

Put some dough in the middle of the form. Using the spatula (7), distribute it accurately on the heating plate.

During operation the ready indicator lamp (3) will be turning on and off, which means that the thermostat is keeping the appropriate temperature of the heating plate.

When one side of the pancake is ready turn to the other side using a spatula.

Baking time is approximately 5 to 15 minutes and depends on the type of used ingredients and taste preference.

Remove the finished product using a plastic spatula (7).
ATTENTION! Do not use metal utensils or sharp kitchen tools because they can damage the special non-stick coating heating plate. -
Before baking the next pancake wait for the heating plate to reach the proper temperature.

When finished baking, remove the plug from the outlet and allow the unit to cool down.
CLEANING DEVICE
- Unplug the device from the socket after use. Wait for it to cool down before cleaning.
- Wipe the heating plate surfaces first with wet and next with a dry cloth (you can also use paper towels).
- Hardest to clean dough pieces, soak with oil and leave to soften. After a few minutes remove these pieces with a wooden paddle gently.
- Please do not use any metal or hard abrasive tools to wipe the interior/exterior of the machine body to avoid scraping the surface of the heating plate.
- Do not immerse in water.
