OVERVIEW
Your Dr Trust Inspire Personal Weighing Scale has been specifically designed for use at home, with an easy to use interface and superior design. The scale is intended to provide up to 180 kg of weight measurements accurately and consistently.
BEFORE TAKING MEASUREMENT
Battery Installation
This scale operates on 2xAAA batteries. Open the battery’s compartment cover
and insert batteries as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -) as marked.
Close the cover.
Select the Desired Weight Measurement Units
YOu can switch the measurement units between kilograms, pound or stones by
clicking the unit button at backside of your Scale.
Initialize the Scale
The scale needs to be initialized and auto-calibrated betore first use or
after any time you move your scale. Place the scale on a hard, flat suface. If
the scale turns on while being moved, allow it to turn off once on the ground.
Calibration
Get on the scale and weigh yourself (please keep in mind the first reading may
not be accurate and can be disregarded). You can now step on and weigh
yourself normally. if you move the scale again, you must repeat this
calibration process. You will seeyour final weight when the display locks in
on weight and blinks two times.
Automatic Switch Off
When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off. (If no weighing
is carried out while the zero is being displayed, the scale switches off
automatically after approximate 10 seconds)
Overload Indicator
When the scale is overloaded (180kg/396lb/28.3st), error message will appear
on the screen.
Low-battery Indicator
When battery is low, Lo’ message will appear on the screen. Please open the
battery cover, then take batteries carefully out of the battery compartment by
drawing them sideways out from under the contacts. Do not bend the contacts
back while you do this, or they might break. Dispose of the old batteries at
the appropriate garbage
OPERATION
-
Step1: Place the scale on a hard &flat surface.
The weighing scale need to be placed ona hard, flat and horizontal surface. Avoid uneven, carpets or soft surface. -
Step 2. Gently step on the scale. Putyour feet on the scale without moving and wait while the scale measures your weight,

Step 3. Take your reading
Stay still and your correct weight will then be shown on display. -
Step4. The scale turns OFF automatically
Step down from the weighing scale. It will turn OFF automatically after 10 seconds. (80kg 300g)
ADVICE FOR USE AND CARE
- Placing your scale on a hard, flat surface will ensure the greatest accuracy and repeatability.
- Always weigh yourself on the same scale placed on the same floor surtace. Uneven floors may affect readings.
- Weigh yourself without clothing, and footwear, before meals and always at the same time of the day. First thing in the morning is a good time.
- Your scale rounds up or down to the nearest 100g or, 50 gif you weigh yourself twice and get two different readings, your weight lies between two.
- Clean your scale with a damp cloth but do not allow water to get inside the scale. Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
- Do not allowyour scale to become saturated with water as this can damage the electronics.
- Do not store the scale in an upright position when not in use as this will drain the batteries.
- Remove the batteries ifthe scale is not being used for a long time.
- Treat your scale with care-it is a precision instrument.
- Do not dropit orjump on it.
- Your new electronic personal scale has been designed to accurately indicate your weight gainor loss over a period of time and should give many years of service under normal use.

Cautions
