Assembly Instruction
- Step 1 : Place main seat (H) into the middle of fork(l), align and slide axle(E) through from the bottom.
- Step 2: Turn the buggy upside down, and place it on a solid surface, capped side up. Place cap nut(A) in the cap nut tool(C) and hold it at the opposite end of the axle(F) in the gap under the handlebar. Using a hammer, tap the top of the axle until the cap nut is securely fixed onto the axle.
- Step 3 : Place 1pc plastic spacer(D) on the two side of wheel(J), please note the direction of plastic spacers) on the wheel, ensure the two narrow ends are outward.
- Step 4 : Connect fork(i) and the part of step 3 with axle(F), then assemble the cap nut(B) at the end of the axle by using a hammer and cap nut tool to fix the part.
- Step 5 : Place each of 2pcs plastic spacers(D) on the two sides of wheel(J), please note the direction of the plastic spacers) on the wheel, one narrow end is inward, the other narrow end is outward.
- Step 6 : Connect part of step 4 and the two-part of step 5 with axle(G) and 2pcs plastic spacers(D), then assemble the cap nut(B) at the end of the axle by using a hammer and cap nut tool to fix the two parts.
Warning
- The maximum user weight is 20kg. Only one rider at any time. Adult assembly is required. Ensure there is constant adult supervision at all times while in use. Always wear a helmet and protective equipment. Do not ride at night or in wet weather. Never use on public roads, hills, sloped driveways, near motor vehicles or swimming pools. Read and follow the instruction manual. Always wear shoes.
- Choking hazard small parts, not suitable for children under 3 years before assembly.
NOTE: Tap lightly with hammer to secure cap nut in place. Hammer not included.
