Cautions before Dome glass installation
- Watch the Installation video and manual carefully before start to install.
- Please see all introductions, since each device has different installation way.
- Install the Dome glass after removing any film on the screen.
- Must check if the installation spot is flat using a level meter or an app.
- Please avoid a dusty place or sunlight.
- Be careful of any impacts while getting out the jig from the box in order to prevent any damage.
- Please check whether the installation can be started within enough space.
- Be careful not to force the jig apart or break it.
- The liquid adhesive is harmless to your body but be careful not to consume it.
- If there is a problem with the subsidiary materials, please do not attempt installation and contact customer service immediately.
UV Curing Machine
Not included in the replacement kit.
- UV curing machine recommends using 2A or higher power.
- When using low current (A) power (laptop or power bank) After the 2nd curing, proceed with 2~3 additional curing.

Installation
STEP1
After detaching the watch strap, wipe it in turn with using alcohol wipe and microfiber cloth. Insert the watch in the hole of the bottom jig and insert the absorption pads into the inserting frame.
STEP2
Combine the fixed tape part of bottom jig and level bar insertion part of the top jig by pressing the ①→②. Remove the dust using the dust removal sticker.
- If it is not inserted properly, it may cause problems while installing.
- Please be careful that the absorption pad does not come above the device.
STEP3
Inert the level bar into the fixed tape of the bottom jig.
Open the colored cap of adhesive bottle when cap is facing upward vertically.
- Slide all the way in.
STEP4
Remove the black cap of the adhesive bottle when the mouth of bottle touches the Watch, and make sure the bottle located on the center of the arrow mark on the top jig. Slowly remove the bottle on the Watch after 5 seconds.
- Please do not throw away the liner film, you will need that when the tempered glass is not attached properly.
- Please be careful not to splash the adhesive liquid when removing the adhesive bottle.
STEP5
After removing the liner film on the backside of the tempered glass, align the tempered glass on the bottom part of the top jig. (in the direction with no fixed tape attached) Position it above the Level Bar.
- Make sure that the tempered glass is placed between the top and bottom jig and that it is correctly placed on the level bar.
STEP6
After tilt the jig by pressing the bottom part of the lower jig of the “Push”
part, remove the level bar immediately as soon as adhesive touches the
tempered glass while pressing the jig. Then remove the hand of holding the
lower jig.
(Wait 30 seconds for the adhesive to spread.)
- Make sure to tilit the direction in which the fixed tape is not attached.
- It may cause problems while installing, If the level bar is removed when glass and adhesive didn’t meet.
STEP7
Place the small UV machine in the center of the installation jig,
then harden the tempered glass for 15 sec. After the first curing, remove the
top jig, and use the hole of the bottom jig to lightly push to separate the
absorbing pad and the Watch.
- Please check if the lamp is turned on.
STEP8
Wipe the remaining adhesive around the Watch with alcohol swab. Placed the cleaned watch on floor, and then cured the 2nd curing with the same process as 1st curing for 60 sec.
- If the curing time is not enough, it may cause lifting and peeling on the inside of the glass.

Precautions after installation
- Dome glass may be damaged by impacts or external strength.
- Although Dome glass includes shatter-resistant film, recommend users change the Dome glass to new one once glass is broken in order to prevent any harm.
- Bubbles or lifting may occur by physical impacts such as drop impact, incompatible phone cases use, excessive strength while cleaning with alcohol wipes or etc.
- No refund or exchange for any type of user damages.
- Refer to the Reuse of Jig manual when reusing the jig.
Precautions when removing the tempered glass
- When removing the tempered glass from the device, face it towards the ground before removing.
- Remove it outdoors or near a trash can.
- Use your fingernails and slowly lift the glass from the corner to remove it.
(Removing it suddenly could lead to damages or injuries)
