Check the model name before using the product.
Check the components shown on page 3 and the components of the product you purchased before proceeding with the installation.
If there is something wrong with the component, do not use it and contact the customer center.

Precautions before installation

After checking the attachment video and manual, it is recommended to fully understand the attachment method before attaching it.
Since the installation method may differ depending on the terminal, refer to the manual of the relevant model for installation.
After removing the protective film attached to the terminal, attach it.
Use a horizontal APP or a level to confirm that the place to attach is level before attaching.
It is not recommended to attach in direct sunlight or in places with a lot of dust.
When taking the product out of the package, make sure there is no impact.
After securing space for jig use, proceed with attachment.
Be careful not to forcefully separate the jig or damage it.
Do not use the adhesive used for attachment for any other purpose, and never drink it.
If there is something wrong with the component, do not use it and contact the customer center.

UV Curing Machine Guide

It is recommended to use a power supply of 2A or more for the UV curing machine.
When using a low current (A) power source (laptop or auxiliary battery), after secondary curing, additionally cure 2-3 times.

**** Installation

STEP1

Wipe the front and side surfaces of the terminal with an alcohol swab and microfiber, and place them in the lower cardboard jig to Press to insert correctly. If there is dust, remove it with a dust removal sticker.

If the terminal is not properly connected to the jig, it is not level and the adhesive may flow when attached. Insert it correctly.

STEP2

After removing the protective film No. 1 of the masking film, attach the masking film to the top, bottom left, and right grooves of the bottom jig.

STEP3

Press the top, bottom left and right sides of the top plate jig to make it close completely, and then insert the pin.

STEP4

Position Bridge

When one adhesive container is used for attachment and the other one fails, or when the tempered glass is not properly attached before UV curing Use. (Never use two adhesive containers at the same time.)
If you press the Position Bridge excessively when opening the bottom cap, be careful that the adhesive may run out or the position may be shifted.
When removing the Position Bridge, lightly hold the top jig and remove it.
When the adhesive solution is not in the center, move the jig little by little so that the adhesive solution comes to the center.

STEP5

After removing the protective film (Tag_Rear 2) on the back of the tempered glass, Align the tempered glass and place it diagonally over the upper pin.

The removed protective film is needed when the tempered glass is not properly attached, so keep it for a while.

STEP6

Press the bottom of the jig and tilt it.
When the adhesive moves in the inclined direction and touches the tempered glass and is located on the arrow of the top plate, the bottom
After releasing the pressed hand, remove the pin of the top plate jig.
(Do not allow the adhesive to pass under the arrow.) (Wait 100 seconds for the adhesive to spread.)

Never touch or move the jig or tempered glass while the adhesive is spreading.
After confirming that the adhesive is completely spread, proceed with curing.

STEP7

With a UV curing machine, the tempered glass attached to the terminal is first cured in the order of lower: 15 seconds → middle: 15 seconds → upper: 15 seconds. After separating the jig and the terminal in the opposite way to when they were combined, wipe the side of the terminal with an alcohol swab.

Remove the speaker masking film after the first curing. (*Only for models with speaker masking film.)
When wiping the terminal, wipe it as if swept in one direction.
If you wipe the gap between the tempered glass and the terminal with excessive force, it may cause lifting or tearing of the adhesive.

STEP8

Secondary curing of the cleaned terminal for 60 seconds at the bottom and 60 seconds at the top is carried out with a UV curing machine. (Secondary curing total time: lower 120 seconds / upper 120 seconds)

Please re-register your fingerprint after attaching the tempered glass.
After attaching the tempered glass, enable touch sensitivity in the terminal settings for better touch sensitivity.
When tempered glass is attached, the performance of the fingerprint recognition sensor may be affected.

Be sure to read the instruction manual.
Precautions after installation

It may be damaged by impact or bending.
Although the dome glass is protected from scattering, it is recommended to remove and replace the dome glass when it is damaged as it may injure your hand.
In case of excessive physical force such as impact from falling or using an incompatible case
Air bubbles or lifting may occur inside the dome glass.
Products damaged or damaged due to user negligence cannot be exchanged or refunded.
When reusing a jig, refer to the jig reuse manual.

Precautions when removing a tempered glass

Please remove it outdoors or by supporting a trash can.
When removing the tempered glass attached to the terminal, face the ground and remove it.
Pick up the edge with your fingernail and lift it up slowly to remove it. (Risk of damage and injury if momentarily detached with strong force)
