Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your CLEAR LINE Electric Pan. This product can be used for all type of cooking operations. Kindly fomiliarise yourself with the instructions & tips provided in this manual. Please retain this manual for future reference.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should olways be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Lift the Pan using side handles only.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or thermostat ossembly in woter or any other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from wall outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking of parts, ond before cleaning the oppliance.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in ony manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not supplied by us may result in fire, electric shock or injuries to persons.
- Do not use outdoors or in a damp areas.
- Do not let power cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach temperature control unit to appliance first, then plug cord in the wall outlet. To disconnect remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Keep at least four inches of free space around the appliance during operation for adequate ventilation.
- Use a wooden/silicon coated spatula while cooking to avoid damage to the non stick cooking. Never use metal spatula/tool on the non stick coating.

HOW TO USE
Before Operation
- lnsert the thermostat cum power connector
- firmly as far as it will go into the Pan’s inlet (5), leaving the Temperature selector knob
- set below the Minimum mark – tum it anti-clockwise as far as it will go. Then insert the power Cord Plug (1} into the mains socket. (fhe Electric pan may emit some smell when used for the first time – they are not hazardous and will disappear after a few minutes}. When cooled, wipe the hotplate with a damp cloth.
Automatic Temperature Regulator on Control Connector:-
- The thermostat can be adjusted from minimum to maximum by setting the Temperature Selector knob (3) from 1 to 5, to suit the type of meal to be prepared.
- Once the desired temperature has been reached, the thermostat’s indicator lamp (4) will turn off automatically: It will light again when temperature falls below the setting selected.
- • Always use the lid (8) when cooking.
COOKING TIPS
- Very little fat is necessary during cooking because of the Non-Stick pan coating It is better to marinate the food or lightly brush it with oil before cooking than add oil or fat to the pan.
- When the food is ready, reduce the Temperature Selector knob (3) to Min. If you wish to keep the food warm, lower the Temperature Selector Dial to 1 .
- Do not fill the Pan to more than 213rd of the capacity to avoid over flow.
- The thermostat settings are indicative of following temperatures. Depending on the type of food to be cooked, please adjust the thermostat, so that you can achieve the perfect cooking results. The thermostat can be set at 5 heat levels depending on food type.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Care of the Non-Stick surface:-
- When cool after use, clean the cooking surface with a cloth or kitchen paper made damp with warm soapy water.
- Do not use metal-tipped kitchen tools. Wooden or silicon coated kitchen tools/ spatula are re-commerede
- Do not use harsh or abrasive detergents.
- Do not cut food after putting it in the Pan. Cut on a board then put in the pan.
- Do not pour soapy water into the pan while it is hot.
THERMOSTAT CUM CONNECTOR CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean this part with a damp cloth & dry it.
- It should not be wet at time of insertion in lnlet(5)
CLEARLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This product carries a Warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials. The Warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, misuse, accidental damage and tampering with by unauthorized persons. In the event of any defect arising during Warranty period, the same should be taken to your nearest dealer or wholesaler. It will then be taken care of as per the discretion of the company’s representative. The warranty does not cover damage/ defects caused by events beyond control like acts of god, lightening, abnormal power supply/ voltage fluctuation.
WARRANTY
Warranty is not valid if:-
- Appliance is not used in accordance with this user manual.
- Defects caused by improper and reckless use.
- Defects caused due to reason beyond control like abnormal voltage/ unstable power supply, lightning, acts of god or damage during transportation after purchase.
- Repairs done by unauthorized personnel.
- Product used other than for domestic use.
- Normal wear and tear and scratches/ peeling of the non-stick coating is not covered under warranty.
