PRECAUTIONS
- When using electrical appliances , basic safety precautions should always be followed.
- Check that the voltage indicated on the roting label, corresponds to the voltage of the mains supply.
- Do not touch hot surfaces.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs or cooking unit
- in water or any other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when the product is used by or near children.The product is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.
- Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not ploy with the product.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the product to cool before putting on or toking off ports and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or ofter the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorised service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Do not allow the cord to hong over the edge of o table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. Do not place on or near o hot gos or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- This appliance is mode for domestic use only. Not for commercial use.
- Extreme caution must be token when moving the product. To disconnect, remove plug from wall outlet. Do not use appliance other than for its intended use.
- If the external flexible coble or cord of this appliance is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or o similar qualified person in order to ovoid any hazard.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of on external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Do not use this appliance outdoors. It is for Indoor use only.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS
BEFORE FIRST USE
Ensure that the Snock Maker is switched off ond unplugged from the mains power
supply. Wipe the product with o soft ond damp cloth ond then dry the product
thoroughly.
NOTE – WHEN USING THE PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME, A SLIGHT SMOKE/ODOUR
MAY BE EMITTED. THIS IS NORMAL AND WILL SOON SUBSIDE.
CHANGING THE NON-STICK PLATES
- Open the Snack Maker by unclipping thae locking latch.
- Press the Plate release button as shown in Description of Parts and take out the plates carefully.
- Choose and align the plates you wish to put on, ensuring both plates match and position them in the Snack Maker. Once aligned, slightly press the bottom plate on the heating element until you hear a click which ensures the plate has been locked into its position. Repeat the same process for the upper plate.
NOTE – THE PLATES ONLY FIT ONE WAY. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE POSITIONING OF THE PLATES BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON.
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning the product, make sure it is not connected to any power supply and its temperature is not too high. Open the Snack Maker by unclipping the locking latch. Then, press the Plate release button as shown in Description of Parts and take out the plates carefully.
- You can clean the plates using a soft damp cloth using some warm water mixed with a mild detergent.
- Do not immerse the Snack Maker in water or any other liquid.
NOTE – THE SNACK MAKER SHOULD BE CLEANED AFTER EVERY USE.\
TOP TIPS
- Always add the ingredients into the centre of each lower Non-Stick cooking plates; this will help avoid spillage.
- If using a batter, slowly pour it into the Non-Stick Plate and wait for the batter to distribute evenly; this will help avoid spillage because of over-filling.
- Sieving dry ingredients, such as flour, will help ensure a smooth consistency and avoid any lumps.
- Always use butter or cooking oil to precondition the Non-Stick Plates.
- Use heat resistant Plastic or Wooden Utensils to avoid scratching of Non-Stick Plates.
WARRANTY
Warranty is not valid if:-
- Appliance is not used in accordance with this user manual.
- Defects caused by improper and reckless use.
- Defects caused due to reason beyond control like lightning, ads of god or damage during transportation after purchase.
- Repairs done by unauthorized personnel.
- Product used other than for domestic use.
- Normal wear and tear and scratches / discolourisation of aluminium sides is not covered under warranty.
CLEARLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This product carries a Warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials. The Warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, misuse, accidental damage and tampering with by unauthorized persons. In the event of any defect arising during Warrant period, the same should be taken to your nearest dealer or wholesaler. It will then be takecare of as per the discretion of the company’s representative. The warranty does not cover damage/ defects caused by events beyond control like acts of god, lightening.
