Note: Before using the appliance, ensure all the packaging has been
removed.
- Place the warming tray (B) on a flat and sturdy heat resistant surface.
- Place the Pan support frame (F) onto the tray.
- Place all warming pans on the pan support frame.
- Plug the Power cord into a suitable power socket.
Ensure the warming tray surface is facing upwards with the skid resistant feet
of the tray resting on the heat resistant table counter top.
Read this manual prior to using the appliance.
- Ensure the power source conforms to the electrical requirement of the appliance 220-240 volts.
- This appliance will get hot when in use. To avoid injury, do not touch hot surfaces.
- Use this electrical appliance as advised in this manual, any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and could have a detrimental effect on the durability of the appliance and or the safety of the user.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability, having a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not touch or play with the appliance.
- Unplug from the main power supply prior to moving the appliance or, conducting any servicing, cleaning or when not in use.
- Appliance is not waterproof. If used outdoors, ensure it does not come in contact with water or moisture.
- Do not run the power lead under carpeting or cover with rugs or similar coverings.
- Do not use extension leads, unless advised by a qualified electrician; using the wrong type could cause increased resistance resulting in heat damage to carpets, fixtures and fittings and risk of fire.
- It is normal for the plug to feel warm to the touch; however, a loose fit between the power socket and plug may cause overheating and distortion of the plug. Contact a qualified electrician to replace the worn power socket.
Important Safeguards
- The appliance must not be used in potentially dangerous locations such as flammable, explosive, chemical-laden or wet atmospheres or where petrol or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Do not use in a bathroom or in an area that could allow it to get wet.
- When in use, keep the hot plate a minimum of 20 cm away from walls.
- Place on a stable heat-resistant surface and in a well-ventilated area.
- Place the appliance on a dry and horizontal surface.
- Never operate the appliance with a damaged power lead or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way
- There are no internally serviceable parts, do not attempt to disassemble.
- Locate the power lead in such a way to prevent causing a trip or damage to the lead.
- A fire may occur if the warming tray is covered or touching flammable material, such as curtains, draperies, walls, and the like when in operation.
- Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Operation of the Food Warmer
Note: It is normal for electrical heating appliances when they are turned
on for the first time or when they are turned on after having not been used
for a long period of time, they may emit some smell and fumes. This will
disappear when the appliance has been on for a short while.
First use: Plug the warming tray into a suitable power socket then turn
the thermostat knob to maximum for 5 to 10 minutes to warm up.
The indicator light will turn red to indicate that the power is ON. Indicator
light will turn off when desired temperature is reached.
Place prepared food into each one of the warming pans and adjust temperature
to desire heat by turning the thermostat knob.
The power light will switch on and off to indicate that temperature has been
maintained.
It is not recommended to have the Food Warmer ON for more than 2-3 hours.
Do not leave the food in warming pans after use. Unplug Food Warmer and allow
to cool completely before cleaning or moving.
How to Use Warming Tray without Warming Pans and Frame
Preheat the tray for 10 minutes with the temperature control dial set at
maximum, the power indicator light will go off when the warming tray has
reached its maximum heat approximately 85°C.
Note: Food warmed on the tray should be fully cooked and already hot, the
tray is designed for only keeping food warm, not for cooking or heating from a
cold or frozen state.
Place hot food into heat-resistant, smooth, flat bottomed serving dishes. Do
not use plastic wrap which may melt if it gets in contact with the heated
surface. Do not place food directly on top of the tray. Only heat resistant
serving dishes must be used (heat resistant glass, ceramic and metal). Do not
carry the warming tray with food on it.
Helpful Tips
Approximate heat: Minimum 55°C. Medium, the dial pointing upwards (centered)
65°C. Maximum 85°C.
Additional Safety Precautions
Never use the top of the tray as a cutting surface.
DO NOT move Food Warmer when in use. Allow it to cool first.
DO NOT touch the surfaces, when hot. Always use handles and control dial.
DO NOT place the lids of the warming pans directly onto the warming tray.
Set the temperature dial to the minimum position when not in use and when
unplugging from power outlet.
When done using warming tray, unplug and allow to cool completely before you
store the appliance.
Cleaning:
Do not immerse the warming tray or plug in water or any liquid.
Remove the warming pans, lids and frame wash in warm soapy water, rinse well
and dry thoroughly.
The most effective and safe way to clean the warming tray is with a mild
detergent and a soft moist cloth. Do use any scouring agents! Do not allow
water to spill or seep into frame.
Re-assemble the Food Warmer and store in cool dry place until next use.
For your records and guarantee purpose, attach your sales invoice to this
manual.

This product carries a Warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials. The Warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, misuse, accidental damage and tampering with by unauthorized persons. In the event of any defect arising during Warranty period, the same should be taken to your nearest dealer or wholesaler. It will then be taken care of as per the discretion of the company’s representative. The warranty does not cover damage/ defects caused by events beyond control like acts of God, lightening, abnormal power supply/ voltage fluctuation.
