Preparations
Check whether the wireless router is in normal status, and then connect the mobile phone to the WiFi network. If it is a dual-band router, please connect to a 2.4G WiFi network.
Download & Install hugolog App
- Go to the App Store or Google Play to search and download the “hugolog” App to your supported devices. Or please scan the QR code below to download “hugolog” to your Android or Apple device.

2. Open the “hugolog” APP and register an account using your email.
Tips: Your password must be 8-16 characters, and at least contain the
following three categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and
special characters.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to the internet and finish the setup process.
**** If the wireless network connection fails, please follow the App guide to re-configure the network.

A: According To The Status Of The Indicator, Self-test Can Be

If You Cannot Connect The Camera To The Internet, Check The Following
Steps
Ensure you are connecting to a 2 4GHzFi not 5GHz
Ensure WiFi password or SSID is correct
Ensure the camera is placed as close to the router as possible
Ensure you are using the correct App ( hugolog )
If the above steps don’t help, reset the camera and start pairing again
What Can I Do If The Camera Stopped Working?
Close the App and Restart the App again
Check if the WiFi password or router is changed. If so please reset the camera
Ensure the router is powered on and online
Ensure the camera is powered on
Ensure the phone has decent network bandwidth
Check the App is on the latest version
