Attention: read this booklet carefully it contains important instructions for a safe installation, use and maintenance.

Important instructions to be kept for future reference.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
  • Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
  • The appliance must never be operated by means of an external timer or with a separate remote control system.
  • CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
  • If the power cable is damaged, it must be only be replaced at service centres authorised by the manufacturer in order to prevent any risks.
  • Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it and wash the accessories as specified in section MAINTENANCE.
  • DO NOT PLACE the appliance against a wall or other devices. Leave at least 12cm free space on the back and side and above the machine. Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
  • DO NOT COVER the air intake vent or air outlet vent.
  • Do NOT PLACE the unit on stovetop surfaces.
  • DO NOT OPERATE the appliance on or near combustible materials, such as tablecloths and curtains.
  • WARNING! The surfaces are subject to heating up during use
  • While cooking, the internal temperature of the unit reaches several hundred degrees Celsius. TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY, never place hands inside the device unless it is thoroughly cooled.
  • High-temperature steam or high-temperature airflow will be released when you open its door during or after the cooking operation of the product. A safe distance shall be maintained when the door of the product is opened to avoid scalding yourself.
  • When in operation, the air is released through the air outlet vent. KEEP YOUR HANDS AND FACE at a safe distance from the air outlet vent.
  • Use of gloves or other protective devices is recommended when handling hot food or accessories to be put into or taken out of the oven.
  • To prevent food contact with the interior upper screen and heat element, DO NOT OVERFILL the round basket.
  • Avoid food coming in contact with the heating element placed in the upper part of the heating cavity. Pay particular attention to food that can leaven.
  • NEVER POUR oil into the rotating basket, into other accessories and into the heating cavity. Fire and personal injury could result.
  • NEVER OPERATE the appliance unattended.
  • Should the unit emit black smoke, UNPLUG IMMEDIATELY and wait for smoking to stop before removing oven contents.
  • The appliance has been designed and manufactured to operate in household environment as an AIR FRYER / KITCHEN OVEN. Any other use is considered inappropriate and therefore dangerous.
  •  Do NOT USE this appliance for any purpose other than described in this manual.

After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of damage. In case of visible damage, do not use it and contact a qualified technician. Do not leave parts of the packaging within the reach of children.
This appliance is not a children’s toy: it is an electrical device and must be treated with the necessary caution. Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the power supply voltage matches the indication on the data plate. Electrical safety of this appliance is assured only if it has been connected to an effective earthing system.If the plug and socket are not compatible, the socket has to be replaced with a suitable type by skilled persons. Do not use adapters or extension cables which do not meet current safety standards or that exceed the current carrying capacity limits.
Unplug the appliance from the mains when not in use. Do not tug on the power cable or on the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket. The use of any electrical appliance requires that a number of basic rules are observed, namely:

  • Never touch the appliance with wet or humid hands.
  • Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Do not use the appliance when barefoot.
  • Do not leave the appliance exposed to weathering (rain, sunlight).
  • Do not subject it to rough handling.
  • In case of a breakdown or malfunctioning of the appliance, disconnect it at once.
  • Do not attempt to repair it, but take it to a service centre approved by the manufacturer.
  • If you decide you do not want to use this appliance any longer, disable it by cutting the power cable; of course, after disconnecting it from the socket.
  • The appliance has been designed and manufactured to operate in domestic environments. Any other use is considered inappropriate and dangerous.
  • Do not use the appliance out of doors. For safety reasons, the appliance should never be opened.
  • During use, rest the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
  • Do not place the appliance on surfaces that are not resistant to heat.
  • To prevent children from accidentally touching hot components, use the appliance on surfaces that are at least 85 cm high.
  • Do not place the cord near sources of heat.
  • Do not place the appliance above or below other ovens, microwave ovens or close to gas stoves.
  • Do not move the appliance when it is on, when it is hot or when it contains food or liquids.
  • Be very careful when using containers made of materials other than metalor glass (for example ceramic).
  • Do not cover parts of the oven with metal foil, this will cause over heating. Do not use containers made in plastic, paper or similar materials.
  • Do not let any object into the ventilation inlets.
  • Appliance surfaces are hot during and after use! Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or Knobs.
  • This appliance has a tempered, safety glass door. This glass is stronger than ordinary glass and more resistant to breakage. However, tempered glass could break. If the door has a scratch or nick, contact us or our customer service.
  • Do not place eyes or face in closed proximity with the tempered safety glass door, in the event that the safety glass breaks.
  • Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in an oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
  • The use of attachments which are not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause a risk of injury to persons.
  • Please check that cooking utensils are suitable for this kind of product before using them.

WARNING: Liquids or other food must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.

  • Make sure roast or chicken is not too large to rotate freely within the oven.
  • Chicken: 2kgs roast up to 2.5-3kgs (depending on the meat’s diameter, up to 15cm Diameter).

Forks, skewers, and other metal parts of this unit are sharp and extremely hot during use.

FIRST USE

Before using the oven for the first time

  • Remove all packing materials.
  • Read the entire manual, warning stickers, and labels;
  • Make sure you have read the instruction manual thoroughly and are familiar with the essential safety precautions.

Important

  1. Before initial use and after subsequent use, clean the appliance and wash the accessories as indicated in the MAINTENANCE paragraph.
  2. Preheat the unit for a few minutes to burn off any residue. The hob may emit smoke the first time it is used. It does not indicate a defect, and the smoke will no longer be emitted within a few minutes. Ventilate the room during the first operation.

First test ignition

  • Place the appliance on a stable, flat, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface;
  • Close the appliance door;
  • Connect the plug to a grounded power socket;
  • The spy will flash.
  • Set up and run the DIY program as follows:
    • Press the bottom to turn on the display; Note: If no button is pressed within 30 seconds, the display turns off, and the indicator light  flashes.
    • Press the bottom , and select the DIY program;
    • Press the bottom, use the bottoms to set the temperature time to 10 to 200 ° C;
    • Press the bottom , use the bottoms to set the time to 10 minutes;
    • Press the bottom to start the operation. The appliance starts to work, and the interior light will light.
  • At the end of the program, the appliance will emit a “BEEP” 5 times, and the display will turn off. The fan will remain active for approximately 30 seconds.
  • After the fan has stopped, disconnect the socket’s plug and let the appliance cool down.

USE OF THE APPLIANCE

Note: before using the oven for the first time, perform the operations indicated in the paragraph “Before using the appliance.”

  • Place the appliance on a stable, flat, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface;

  • Insert the dripping pan (11) into the oven;

  • Place the ingredients on the grill (12), on the rotating basket (15), or on the rotisserie (13);

  • Insert the chosen accessory into the appliance and close the door;

  • Connect the plug to a grounded power outlet.

  • The indicator light will flash.

  • Press the button to turn on the display;

    • Note: If no button is pressed within 30 seconds, the display turns off, and the indicator light flashes.
  • Press the button to choose a preset function (F-1 to F7) or custom function (DIY)
    If the DIY function has been selected:

    • o Press the button and use the buttons to set the temperature;
      o Press the button and use the buttons to set the cooking time;
  • Press the button to start cooking. The interior light will turn on.

  • During cooking

    • Press the button to activate or deactivate rotation of the rotisserie (13) or the rotating basket (15);

    • Press the button to interrupt temporarily cooking; press it again within 30 seconds to resume cooking or set a new program;
      Note: If no button is pressed within 30 seconds, the display turns off, and the indicator light flashes

    • Press the button to stop cooking

  • At the end of the program, the appliance emits a “BEEP” 5 times, and the display will turn off.
    The fan will remain active for approximately 30 seconds.

  • After use, disconnect the plug from the power outlet.

Note

  • You can open the Air Fryer door at any time to check the progress of the dish.
  • Consult the tables in this manual to determine the correct settings.

Suggestions

  • Smaller-sized foods usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ones.
  • Large quantities of food require a slightly longer cooking time than smaller doses.
  • Flipping or turning smaller-sized foods during the cooking process ensures that all pieces are fried evenly.
  • For a crisper result, moisten the fresh potatoes with a bit of vegetable oil. When adding a drizzle of oil, do it just before cooking.
  • Place a baking sheet or baking dish in the air oven when baking a cake or quiche. An oven pan is also recommended when cooking fragile or filled foods.

WARNINGS
During the cooking process, the rotating basket and other accessories will become very hot. When removing accessories to check progress, make sure you have a trivet or a heat-resistant surface nearby to place it on. Never place the rotating basket directly on a shelf or table.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out any cleaning and maintenance operations.
  • Clean the appliance and accessories after each use.
  • Clean the appliance only when it is cold.
  • Do not use substances, liquids, or excessively wet cloths, as any infiltrations could irreparably damage the device.
  • Do not use chemical solvents, abrasive sponges, or abrasive products to clean the oven or accessories.

NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER

  • The exterior of the appliance
  • Clean the outside of the appliance with a warm, damp cloth.

Interior walls and door
Clean the internal walls of the oven and door after each use, after the appliance has completely cooled down, with hot water, a mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not leave the inside of the oven wet. Please do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door’s glass, as they can scratch the surface, causing the glass to shatter.If necessary, remove unwanted food residues from the top screen with a cleaning brush.
Dripping pan (11), grill (12), rotisserie (13), rotisserie tongs (14), rotating basket (15).
Wash them with common dish detergents. You can wash these accessories in the dishwasher.
Interior light.
To replace the interior light bulb, contact an authorized service center.

The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin on the equipment or on its packaging indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its service life.
The user must therefore take the dismissed equipment to suitable separate collection centres for electrical and electronic waste.

Terms and Conditions
The guarantee is valid for 24 months.
This guarantee applies only if it has been duly filled in and is submitted with the receipt showing the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers the replacement or repair of parts making up the appliance which were faulty at source due to manufacturing faults.
After the guarantee has expired, the appliance will be repaired against payment.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damage to persons, animals or property due to misuse of the appliance and failure to observe the directions contained in the instructions.
Limits
All rights under this guarantee and any responsibility on our part will be voided if the appliance has been:

  • mishandled by unauthorized persons
  • improperly used, stored or transported.

The guarantee does not cover damage to the outward appearance or any other that does not prevent regular operation.
