Introduction for connecting to the app via WiFi
Note: The screenshots were taken on an Android device but are similar for Ios devices as well. There are two Proscenic apps in the App Store: “ProscenicHome” and “Proscenic Robotic”. “Proscenic Robotic” only works for older generation robots (Suzuka, 790T and 811GB). So, download the “ProscenicHome” APP to connect.
Download the “ProscenicHome” app and log in
Log in to the “ProscenicHome” app.
-
Register your “ProscenicHome” account with your email address or phone number. Select “CA”. Please note: If you already have a “ProscenicHome” account, please skip this step.
-
Enter your username and password to log in with your
“ProscenicHome” account. -
Add the Proscenic M8 Pro.
Note: Make sure your device is connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network. If your WiFi is 5Ghz, it probably has 2.4Ghz as well. So associate with the latter to connect or go into your router settings. -
Following the instructions in the screenshots below to turn on your robot and proceed with activating pairing mode.
-
Select the 2.4Ghz WiFi network (e.g. PDCN) and enter your WiFi password. Then press the “Next” button.
-
On the WiFi settings page, switch from the 2.4Ghz Wifi network where you are connected to the robot’s Wifi network, i.e. the Wifi named Proscenic-M8-xxxx. Then go back to “Proscenic”. Now press the “Next” button.
Note: The two buttons on the robot will change from flashing to solid when the connection is successfully established. You will now be able to control your Proscenic M8 Pro robot in “Proscenic”.

Speed 0 (off)
-
Speed 1
-
Speed 2
-
Speed 3
It can be applied in global cleaning, partition cleaning, area cleaning and one spot cleaning. If you only want to do vacuuming, please set the speed 0 or remove the cloth holder.
Cleaning Mode Settings (Mode List)
Global cleaning
The M8 PRO robot starts cleaning the edge of your home first and then
continues with the interior cleaning. When finished, it will return to the
charging base (dust collector). In this mode, you can freely adjust the
suction mode and water speed flow.
Partition Cleaning
When the robot vacuum cleaner has finished cleaning once in the global
cleaning mode, it will automatically divide into partitions on the app. You
can also go into the settings and manage the partition management yourself.
Selecting an area already divided, you can set a partition, assign it a name,
and divide or join other areas of the house. In this mode, you can freely
choose the suction and water speed flow.
Note: You can manually subdivide (a division divides into two) the area
(or room) that has already been partitioned.
Area cleaning
You can select customize areas (name and adjust cleaning frequency) and
perform suction or suction and wash operations. In this mode you can adjust
the suction and water speed flow as you like.
Note: Provide settings in a rectangular and polygonal area.
Cleaning a point
Select a specific point on the map and your M8 PRO can go to the identified square area with a diameter of 1.5m on the central point. It will start vacuuming first along the edge of the square area and close in cleaning inwards (default suction setting: 2700pa), vacuum twice and return to the charging base to recharge.
Setting the Restricted Area.
You can set up multiple restricted areas (max. 15) and choose the most
suitable shape for your restricted areas (square or polygon). You can also
assign names, for example: forbidden area 1 and forbidden area 2. In this way
you can formalize your restricted areas.
Y-Shape Washing Mode.
Choose Y washing mode
Cleaning program
Method:
- Choose the Cleaning Program in the settings.
- Add the cleaning list: the cleaning time, the cleaning frequency, the cleaning mode (Global Cleaning, Area Cleaning and Partial Cleaning) and the frequency to empty dust automatically.
- Tap the “save” symbol. This completes the setting process.
If you prefer, you can also turn on do not disturb mode.
