Introduction
With support for Ultra HD 4K@60Hz, this HDMI splitter ensures astonishing
picture quality, four times the resolution of Full HD 1080p @60Hz.This HDMI
splitter takes the HDMI audio and video signal from one source and
simultaneously outputs them to four HDMI displays without any loss of signal.
This 4K splitter features a downscale feature allowing you to have a 4K input
which can be split to a combination of 1080p displays and 4K displays
simultaneously.

Troubleshooting
Problem
| Cause|
Solution
---|---|---
Power LED is off and the product is not working.| The AC power adapter or USB
power cable is not properly connected, or the power on/off button is not on.|
Check if the AC power adapter or USB cable is connected properly and switch on
the power on/off button.
No Picture or Sound.| HDMI cable may not be
HDMI 2.0 specification or the cable is too long.| Use an HDMI 2.0 cable. Make
sure the input and output cables do not exceed 5 meters for 4K@60Hz 4:4:4. For
4K@30Hz and 1080p, the cables can be 10 meters.

Sound out but no picture out or the output is a pink screen.| The displays may
not be able to support the resolution of the input source device or the
displays may not support HDCP.| Lower the resolution of the input source
device to check whether this is the issue or not; if not, change to a non-HDCP
input source or change to HDCP compliant displays or devices.
When connecting a 4K@60Hz source there is no picture out to a 1080p display
but there is a normal picture to a 4K display.| The downscaled function may
not support the input signal, such as the 4K(g60Hz 4:2:2 HDR signal (Dolby
Vision).| The downscaled function only supports 4K(§60Hz 4:4:4 and 4:2:0 (HDR
10) signal when downscaling to 1080p. Change the input source to support the
downscaled signal input as above.
