Thank you for choosing our stand mixer. Before using the appliance, and to ensure the best use, carefully read these Instructions. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of death, injury and electrical shock when correct adhered to. Keep the manual In a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and package. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safe­ty precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appUance. We assume no UabiUty for customer falling to comply with these requirements.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUAROS

When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be ob­served.

  •  Read au the Instructions.
  •  To protect yourself against risk of electrical shock. do not put the appliance, unite cord or plug in water or other liquid.
  •  Close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used by or near children.
  •  Unplug the appliance when not In use, when you want to change any accessory and before cleaning.

  •  If the supply cord is dama.ged, It must be replaced by manufacturer or its service agent or similarly qualified in order to avoid a hazard.
  •  The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electrical shock or Injury.
  •  Do not use outdoors.
  •  Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter,
  •  Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or discs while processing food to reduce risk of severe Injury to person or damage to the food mixer.
  •  Blades are very sharp, hand carefully.
  •  To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blades or discs on base.
  •  Never feed food by hand, always use food pusher.
  •  Turn off the machine before replacing any attachment.
  •  Use die product and assemble the accessory as mentioned on this user manual only,
  •  Switch OFF the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move In use.
  •  This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or metal capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, useless they have be-en give-n supervision or Instruction conceming use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Control panel

Switch on the power and turn on the display, the speed and timer display ‘”‘O”.There are 6 speeds; are used for speed sele-cting. Select the speed press the power button and confirm. The timer will begin to flicker, press the •-•r+” buttons to adjust the time and confirm. Then press the power button, the machine will start to wotk and the timer will begin the countdown.During operation, you can change the spe-ed as function setting.If you don’t need to set the time, after confirming the speed, press the power button twice. The machine will start to work and the timer will begin the countdown. Press the power button to stop working.

RECOMMENDED SPEED SETTING

HOW TO USE THE ACCESSORIES

Warning:

  •  Do not operate the machine continuously for more than 10 minutes. After one time use, the machine should be cooled down for 30 minutes. Do not make dou.gh exceed 1 kg. Operate the appliance only when the accessory/ tool is attached according to this table and In the operating position.
  •  There is risk of injury from the rotating tools. While the appliance is operating, keep fin­gers clear of the mixing bowl Do not change tools until the appliance is at a standstill and have been unplugged. When it Is switched off, the dJ”lve continues running br’iefty.
  •  NOTE: Do not wash the meat grinder in the dishwasher.

KNEADING HOOK, BEATER AND BALLOON WHISK

  1.  Press the head down with one hand. Then, pres.s the tilt-head button with the other hand and lift the head up un­til you hear the .,click'” sound.
  2.  Assemble the bowl filled with the in­gredients Into the base anticlockwise.
  3.  Assemble the bowl cover into the arm  clockwise.
  4.  According to your needs, assemble beater, balloon whisk or kneading hook into the rotating axis and then revolve them clockwise.
  5.  Press the head down with one hand. Then, press the tilt-head button with the other hand until you hear the “click'” sound, set the head to the position as picture shown. Power on and set the appropriate speed.
  6.  After the mi.x is ready, set the control panel to the ·oFP’ position and then unplug. Press the tilt-head button and lift the head up until you hear the sound.
  7.  Remove the beater, balloon whisk or kneading hook anticlockwise.
  8.  Remove the bowl cover anticlockwise.
  9.  Then, remove the bowl with your preparation anticlockwise.

MEAT GRINDER

  1.  Remove the front cover.
  2.  Following their sequence, assemble the worm shaft blade and cutting disc into the cutting meat canister, then assemble the cutting screw bat into the cutting meat canister clockwise. You can also assemble worm shaft, lead cover, sausage canister into cutting meat canister and then assemble the cutting screw bat into the cutting meat canister clockwise. As well, you can assemble worm shaft, conductor, meatball canister into the cutting meat canister and then assemble the cutting screw bar into the cutting meat canister clo,ckwise. Or, assemble the worm shaft and noodle acces­sory Into the cutting meat canister and then assemble the cutting screw bar into the cutting meat canister clockwise.
    • Please remember to disassemble cutting cyUnder from the machine, when changing these accessories.
  3.  Align arrow on cutting cylinder to the other one on the arm then assemble prepared cutting meat canister into the arm counterclockwise shown. Fasten the cutting screw bar after the cutting meat canister is fixed correctly.
  4.  Assemble loading tray into the cutting meat canister, then place the bowl to the outlet of the cutting meat canister.
  5.  Power on for running. Turn switch to appropriate speed and then put food into the feeding inlet with pusher to push down food.
  6.  Turn switch to “OFF* position when food is ready then unplug and cut off power. Remove the pusher and loading tray.
  7.  Press the release button, remove the cutting meat canister from the arm clockwise.

FOOD SLICER

  1.  Remove the front cover.
  2.  Following their sequence, assemble the accessories of the food slicer.
  3.  Assemble the prepared food sUce-r counterclockwise.
  4.  Assemble the food slicer.
  5.  Press the button ‘OFF’ after food is ready, then unplug and cut off power. Press release button and remove the food slicer clockwise.
  6.  Assemble the front cover again.

PASTA MAKER

  1.  Remove the front cover.
  2.  Assemble the accessory directed properly.
  3.  Adjust it to the stand mixer and then adjust the thickness from level 1-8 according to yous’ needs.
  4.  Once you have finished, turn off the machine and remove the accessory.
  5.  Remove all the accessories and as­ semble the front cover.

MAINTENANCE ANO CLEANING

  •  Never Immerse the base unit in water or hold under running water.
  •  Do not use abrasive to clean. Wipe the unit with a damp cloth, if required; use some washing up Uquid. Then wipe the unit dry.
  •  Do not wedge plastic parts in the dishwasher as they could be warped. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  •  After washing and drying, immediately place the attachments into a protective sleeve for storage.
