- Never pour oil or water directly onto the stone surface when you are cooking, seasoning, or cleaning it.
- Never use a knife, pizza cutter, or metal objects on the stone surface to avoid damaging the cooking surface.

- When you are going to cook a frozen pizza, let it defrost before putting it in the oven for a crisper result.
- If you are going to cook a pizza made with fresh dough, sprinkle a little flour on the stone surface before putting the pizza on it. If the dough is very sticky, add more flour to avoid it sticking to the oven surface.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- First, make sure the main control dial is in the OFF position and open the oven before switching it on to ensure there is nothing inside it.
- Plug the appliance into a 220V/240V socket. To switch it on, turn the temperature control dial to maximum (5) and a light will come on to indicate the oven is preheating. Preheating the oven helps give you a crisper result.
- Set the timer to 10 minutes to preheat the oven. After 10 minutes, the oven will be ready to use.
- Place the pizza dough on a board and add your favorite ingredients. Never overfill the pizza or pile up the ingredients. Ingredients must always be lower than the upper heating element to avoid burning.
- Check the oven is properly preheated and slide the pizza from the board onto the hot stones. Warning! The cooking surface and the handle will be extremely hot. Don’t touch them until they have cooled, or use oven gloves.
- Close the lid, leaving the dial in position 5. Let your pizza cook for 4-5 minutes or until you get the desired result. Remember that every pizza is different and the cooking time will depend on the thickness of the dough and the ingredients on top.
- We recommend opening the oven after 3 minutes to check the cooking progress. If the pizza is not ready yet, close the lid again and let it cook a little longer.

SOLUTION
---|---|---
The temperature indicator light goes off and on.| This is an automatic
thermostat light| The tight will stay on until the selected temperature is
reached.
The top of the pizza burns.| The oven temperature is too hot| When you check
the state of the pizza, if you think the top is cooking more quickly than the
base, lower the temperature to 4 and let it continue cooking (with the
thermostat light off). Another option is to leave the lid open while the pizza
finishes cooking.
The pizza base burns.| The oven temperature’s too hot| Make sure the oven has
been preheated to temperature 5. When the thermostat light goes off, wait a
couple of minutes for the stone to rest before putting the pizza on it. When
you are going to cook several pizzas in a row, we recommend lowering the
temperature to 4 and leaving the lid open a couple of minutes after each
pizza.
The stone surface is dirty.| The pizza base is soggy.| Next time, add more
flour to the dough. Clean the base using a plastic spatula and a clean cloth.
Make sure all parts are dry before putting the oven away.
