Installation:
- Plug the Headset into PC USB port
- To customize your settings download the software from the website: monstergamingusa.com. Software is available for PC only.
The Virtual 7.1 control, MIC Noise-Canceling Control Switch, and Mic Mute will
work only after you install and open the software;
To ensure that the mic noise-canceling feature works as intended, place the
controller away from the microphone. The microphone ENC function will affect
or cancel out your voice if placed too close to the controller.
Insert the microphone boom into
the jack on the left earcup of the headset. Make sure the microphone mute is
off.
Headset Controller
Please note: The Alpha headset works best with the Monster software. To ensure the audio and light settings are retained after rebooting your PC, select the “Auto Start“ function in the software and make sure it is set to “ON”. Software is available for PC only.
