A: Long press the Reset key for 5 seconds to restore the soundbar to factory settings, including volume at 10, treble and bass at 0, default Bluetooth mode, default EQ mode, default mode as indoor, and default RGB light mode as Breath mode 2. -
Q: What is the waterproof rating of the soundbar?
A: The soundbar has a waterproof rating of IPX4 allowing it to withstand exposure to water for more than 3 minutes and extreme weather conditions.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- Depending on the electromagnetic waves used by a television broadcast, if a TV is turned on near this unit while it is also on, lines might appear on the LED TV. Neither this unit nor the TV is malfunctioning. If you see such lines, keep this unit well away from the TV set.
- The mains plug is used to disconnect the device, the disconnected device should remain readily operable.

Preparation for Use
Unpacking and Set Up
- Remove the Soundbar from the carton and remove all packing material from the Soundbar. Save the packing material, if possible, in case the Soundbar ever needs to be serviced or transported. The original carton and packing material are the only safe way to pack your Soundbar to protect it from damage in transit.
- Remove any descriptive labels or stickers on the front or top of the cabinet. Do not remove any labels or stickers from the back or bottom of the cabinet.
- Place your Soundbar on a level surface such as a table, desk or shelf, convenient to an AC outlet, out of direct sunlight, and away from sources of excess heat, dirt, dust, moisture, humidity, or vibration.
- Unwind the Line cord connecting the AC adapter and extend it to its full length.
Protect Your Furniture
This model is equipped with non-skid rubber ‘feet’ to prevent the product from
moving when you operate the controls. These ‘feet’ are made from non-migrating
rubber material specially formulated to avoid leaving any marks or stains on
your furniture. However certain types of oil-based furniture polishes, wood
preservatives, or cleaning sprays may cause the rubber ‘feet’ to soften, and
leave marks or a rubber residue on the furniture. To prevent any damage to
your furniture we strongly recommend that you purchase small self-adhesive
felt pads, available at hardware stores and home improvement centres
everywhere, and apply these pads to the bottom of the rubber ‘feet’ before you
place the unit.
Important Notes
- The safety and operating instruction manual should be retained for future reference.
- The apparatus should not be exposed to dripping, splashing or placed in a humid atmosphere such as a bathroom.
- Do not install the product in the following areas:
- Places exposed to direct sunlight or close to radiators.
- On top of other stereo equipment that radiates too much heat -Blocking ventilation or in a dusty area.
- Areas where there is constant vibration.
- Humid or moist places.
- Do not place near candles or other flames.
- Operate the product only as instructed in this manual.
- Before turning on the power for the first time, make sure the sound bar is plugged into a power outlet.
- For safety reasons, do not remove any covers or attempt to gain access to the inside of the product. Refer any servicing to qualified personnel.
- Do not attempt to remove any screws, or open the casing of the unit; there are no user serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

Waterproof IPX4
- The Soundbar provides robust durability by IPX4 so that it can be used in an outdoor environment (When installed and used as per the instructions in this User Manual).
- The remote control of this product provides durability by IPX4.
Despite the IPX4 ratings, your sound bar and remote control are not impervious to water damage in any situation. To help prevent damage to your products, avoid the products being subjected to:
- Water projected by a source greater than 6.3 mm against enclosure from any direction or submersion in water.
- Water projected at greater than 30 kPs (4.4 psi) with a water volume greater than 12.5 litres /minute for more than 3 minutes and extreme weather conditions.

Note:
- Long press 3 seconds EQ button to query and display the software version
- long press 5 seconds Reset key to restore the factory default setting, including: Volume is 10, treble and bass 0, the first time it is defaulted by Bluetooth MODE, EQ is defaulted by music, MODE is defaulted by indoor, and RGB light is default by mode 2 Breath.
- USB only for updates, no MP3 playback function
- The display and RGB light will be turned off with no operation for 20 seconds, but in GAME mode, only disthe play is tuned off, RGB light is still on. The display and RGB light will wake up without any button on the bar or remote control.
- The first time the soundbar is turned on by default Bluetooth mode, the next time turned on, remember the current mode state set by the remote control or soundbar button.
- The default volume is 10, and the iPhone simultaneously dominates the volume synchronization.
Positioning the Sound Bar
Place on a flat Surface
Place the soundbar horizontally on a flat surface such as a TV unit or shelf
and align it centrally with the TV screen. Allow some space between the
speaker and the wall. Don’t place it inside a cabinet or a walled shelf.
Follow this guidance for the best sound output and good airflow around the
soundbar.
Mount on the wall
WARNING:
- If you don’t feel confident to correctly and securely wall-mount the sound bar, Seek the assistance of an experienced person of professional.
- Install the speaker on a vertical, fast, reinforced area of the wall. For plaster walls, it is recommended to screw into wall studs for greater security. For optimum performance, allow at least 25mm/1’distance between the sound bar and the TV.
Follow the below steps to mount the sound bar on the wall
- Make 2 holes on the wall with distance same as the wall bracket on the soundbar
- Put the plastic anchors onto the wall and secure the screws to the plastic clip, do not tighten the screws all the way make sure to leave some space
- Attached are the 2 EVA pads onto the wall mount bracket. This will make sure that there is enough room between the wall and the soundbar outlet, a minimum of 15mm
- Once the screws are securely fastened, hang the soundbar over by inserting the screws onto the wall mount bracket
OPERATE INSTRUCTIONS
Setting the Soundbar

Plug in the power cord and the display will light up (Standby mode)

Switch on the sound bar by pressing the “POWER” button on the sound bar or the remote controller. After switching on, the default input mode will appear on display.

Input modes can be changed by pressing the “INPUT” button on the sound bar on the remote controller.

Below are input mode names appearing in the sound bar display:
- bE -Bluetooth Pairing mode, AUX-AUX mode, OPT -Optical mode, ARC – TV HDMI ARC mode, EARE – TV HDMI eARC mode,
- The port of HDMI IN(eARC) supports Video & Audio
- Audio: The maximum supported audio content is Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby Surround.
- HDMI: HDMI version 2.1
- The screen will be turned off for around 20 seconds without any operation, when pressing the power buttons on the sound or the remote control usthe ing phone’s volume increases or decreases, and the display will wake up again.
Powering On/Off

Plug the power cord of the sound bar into a wall outlet, it will automatically enter standby mode.

Short-press the “POWER” button on the sound bar or the remote controller to turn on the soundbar

To turn it off, press and hold the “POWER” button for 2 seconds, then unplug the fit from the wall outlet.
- MODE L1: Constant lighting/Constant red on/Constant green on/Constant blue on/Constant white on/Constant yellow on/Constant purple on/Constant pink on/Constant orange on, 7 colours auto-loop ( each colour for 2 secs), APP named SPIN
- MODE L2: Breathing light mode/Red breathing light/Green breathing light/Blue breathing light/White breathing light/Yellow breathing light/Purple breathing light/Pink breathing light/Orange breathing light, colours breathing mode auto-loop, APP named Breath
- MODE L3: Colorful running mode/Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple/Pink/Orange, Colorful running mode auto-loop, APP named SPWIRL
- MODE L4: Dual-colored wave mode/Red/Green 2 colours in wave state scrolling from right to left auto-loop, APP named Wave.
- MODE L5: Ripple wave mode/Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple/Pink/Orange, 7 colours from the centre to the two sides of the ripples auto-loop, APP named Mood.
- MODE L6: Colorful flow mode/Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple/Pink/Orange, 7 colours scrolling from right to left auto-loop, APP named Rainbow.
- MODE L7: Colorful ripple mode /Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple/Pink/Orange, 7 colours are covered in a monochrome state from the centre to the two sides of the ripple auto-loop, APP named Spark.
- MODE L8: Colorful flow wave mode /Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple/Pink/Orange, colours in a monochromatic coverage of the state rolling around the auto-loop, APP named Flash.
- MODE L9: Spectrum light effect, middle fluctuation mode /Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple/Pink /Orange, 7 colours from the middle to the left and right ends of the spectrum fluctuation automatically cycle play, APP named Dance.
- MODE L10: Spectrum light effect, fluctuation at both ends mode /Red/Green/Blue/White/Yellow/Purple /Pink/Orange, 7 colours from the left and right ends to the middle with the spectrum fluctuation automatically cycle play, APP named Static.
- MODE L11: Monochrome red steady on, APP named Red.
- MODE L12: Monochrome green steady on, APP named Green.
- MODE L13: Monochrome blue steady on, APP named Blue.
- MODE L14: Monochrome purple steady on, APP named Purple.
- MODE L15: Monochrome amber steady on, APP named Amber.
- MODE L16: Monochrome light blue steady on, APP named Light Blue.
- MODE L17: Monochrome pink steady on, APP named Light Pink.
- MODE L18: Monochrome white steady on, APP named White.
Note:
Long press 2S “LIGHT” mode on the remote control, quickly enter monochrome
mode and select L11, L12…. L18.
Playing Audio via BT Connection
- Turn on the sound bar and then short-press the “INPUT” button on the sound bar or remote controller to switch it to BT mode and the LED display on the sound bar will flicker in the Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Activate the pairing function on your phone or other compatible device and select “MONSTER SBA36G” by BT connection.
- When successfully paired, you will hear a tone and the LED display will turn on “ ”and stop flickering. The music that you selected can be played on the soundbar.
- The remote controller includes BT mode playback controls.
Notes:
- If your pairing device is switched off or manually disconnected, the soundbar will automatically enter pairing mode.
- If the connected device is switched off or manually disconnected, the soundbar will automatically enter pairing mode. A successfully connected device will be re-established once you re-enter the wireless connection range(10 meters).
To connect to other devices, repeat the above pairing steps.
Audio input(Aux)Connection
- Firstly connect the soundbar to your PC, laptop, smartphone, TV, or other audio devices by using an AUX cable provided. Make sure that these devices have both AUX IN and AUX OUT terminals.
- Then press the INPUT button on the remote control or soundbar to switch the soundbar to Aux mode, once the soundbar is connected in Aux mode, the screen will display “AUX”. And the music on your connected device will play. Playback can only be controlled on your connected device.
Note:
For some computers, you may need to access the audio control panel to manually
set the soundbar as shown steps above.
Optical Mode
- Remove the cap of the optical cable (keep the cap for future use); check the direction of the plug. Connect the soundbar and TV with the optical cable.
- Use this mode to play music from a TV with optical digital output on the soundbar. In TV sound settings, select the soundbar optical connection (output for audio). When the optical cable is connected, the TV audio output is set to Dolby or Auto mode.
- The TV must have an optical digital output. Use the optical cable to make the connection as follows:
- Connect the optical cable to the optical digital output of your TV.
- Connect the optical cable to the optical digital input of your soundbar.
- Switch on the TV set and the soundbar. Set the connected TV to “Dolby or Auto mode”.
- Start playing on the TV.
- Press the “INPUT” button on the remote control or the soundbar to select OPT- OPTICAL mode.
- Use the volume buttons to adjust the volume to your requirements.
- You can also change the audio settings by using the relevant buttons on the remote control.
Note:
- When connecting a device such as a TV/Set-top box/ DVD/ game console with an optical cable, set the audio output mode of the device to Dolby or Auto mode (digital optical output).
- Do not bend the optical cable, otherwise the cable inside will be damaged.
HDMI IN eARC MODE
Connect to HDMI IN eARC Socket
Some 4K HDR TVs require the HDMI input or picture settings to be set for HDR
content reception. For further setup details on HDR display, please refer to
the instruction manual of your TV.
Option 1: e-ARC (enhanced Audio Return Channel)
Your Soundbar supports HDMI with an enhanced Audio Return Channel(e-ARC). If
your TV is HDMI e-ARC compliant, you can hear the TV audio through your
Soundbar by using a single HDMI cable.
- Use a High-Speed HDMI cable, and connect HDMI IN eARC on the soundbar to the HDMI (e-ARC) connector on your TV.
- Then short-press the button on the soundbar or the INPUT button on the remote controller to switch to HDMI IN eARC mode. After successfully connected, the LED display will show EARC (If TV supports HDMI ARC, the LED display will show ARC)
- Press the VOL +/– buttons to adjust the volume to your desired level.
- If you wish, you can change the audio settings by using the relevant buttons on the remote controller.
Note:
- Your TV must support the HDMI-CEC and e-ARC functions. HDMI-CEC and e-ARC must be set to be on.
- The setting method of HDMI-CEC and e-ARC may differ depending on the TV. For details about the e-ARC function, please refer to your TV owner’s manual.
- Only HDMI 1.4 compatible cables can support the e-ARC function.
- The enhanced Audio Return Channel function enables an HDMI-compatible TV to send the audio stream to HDMI OUT of the unit.
TROUBLESHOOTING

bar and TV or other devices are connected by an audio cable through TV HDMI
ARC or HDMI eARC port output, Select the correct audio input and output. Make
sure the digital audio output setting on the playback device to PCM format.
Since the output format of our sound bar is PCM, if it is used, the decoding
format of TV or other devices will be adjusted to the PCM state.
The sound is distorted or echoed.| The TV volume is not muted.| If you play
audio from the TV through the sound bar, make sure that the TV is muted.
The volume decreases when the unit is turned on.| The automatic volume
adjustment function is activated. To prevent excessive loudness, the unit
automatically controls its volume within a certain level when the unit is
turned on.| Turn up the volume as required.
Noise is heard.| The sound bar is too close to another digital or high-
frequency device.| Move those devices away from the soundbar.
The unit cannot be operated by using the remote control.| The unit is out of
the operating range.| Use the remote control within the operating range.
The batteries are weak.| Replace with new batteries.
The remote control sensor of the sound bar is exposed to direct sunlight or
strong lighting.| Adjust the lighting angle or reposition the soundbar. Make
sure our product cannot be used in sunlight.
The TV cannot be operated by using the TV’s remote control.| The unit is
blocking the TV’s remote control sensor.| Position the unit so that it does
not obstruct the TV’s remote control sensor.
A device cannot connect the sound bar or the unit cannot be connected to a
Bluetooth device.| The bluetooth function of the device is not activated, not
paired or connected correctly.| Restart the sound bar and try pairing again.
You have not enabled the Bluetooth function of the device; see the user manual
of the device on how to enable the function and correctly connect the device.
The sound bar is already connected to another Bluetooth device. Disconnect the
connected device, and then try again.
Bluetooth is not selected as the input source.| Select Bluetooth as the input
source.
The unit is connected to a different Bluetooth device.| Un-pair the Bluetooth
device that is currently connected and pair it with the desired Bluetooth
device.
The unit is too far away from the Bluetooth device.| Move the Bluetooth device
closer to this unit.
A device emitting electromagnetic waves (such as a microwave oven, a wireless
device and so on) may be placed nearby.| Do not use this unit near devices
that emit electromagnetic waves.
The Bluetooth device that you are using may not support the protocol.| Use a
Bluetooth device that supports the protocol.
The connection profile registered in the Bluetooth device may not be
functioning correctly for some reason.| Delete the connection profile in the
Bluetooth device and then connect the Bluetooth device to this unit.
The sound quality of audio play from a connected Bluetooth device is poor and

| 1. Make sure that the user connects the TV and sound bar with a 19-core HDMI cable.
2. The sound bar and TV are connected through TV HDMI eARC or HDMI ARC port output; make sure that the TV is. HDMI eARC or HDMI
ARC compliant. 3. Set the TV to HDMI ARC (CEC). Set the audio output mode of the TV to PCM format. (Or refer to your TV user manual)
There is no sound from the soundbar (OPTICAL Mode)
| The OPTICAL cable might be damaged and no signal is received by the soundbar due to a failed connection and an incorrect operation mode selected.| 1. Replace the OPTICAL cable with a new one to connect.

Using DOLBY ATMOS®:
DOLBY ATMOS is only available in HDMI (e-ARC) mode. For the details of the
connection, please refer to “HDMI Connection”.
- To use Dolby Atmos® in HDMI (e-ARC) mode, your TV has to support Dolby Atmos®.
- Make sure that “No Encoding” is selected for bitstream in the digital audio output of the connected external device (e.g. Blu-ray DVD player, TV etc.).
- While entering Dolby Atmos / Dolby Digital Plus format, the soundbar will show DOLBY ATMOS / DOLBY SURROUND.
Note:
- The full Dolby Atmos experience is only available when the Soundbar is connected to the source via a HDMI 2.0 cable.
- The Soundbar will still function when connected via other methods (such as a Digital Optical cable) but these are unable to support all of the Dolby features. Given this, our recommendation is to connect via HDMI, to ensure full Dolby support.
