SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before using for the first time, check that the voltage of your power outlet matches the specified voltage.
- To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the power cord or the device itself in water or other liquids.
- Keep children and pets away from the device during operation.
- After use, switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
- The unit should be operated separately from other units on a separate circuit. If the circuit is overloaded by other devices, this device may not work properly.
- Take extreme care when moving a container containing hot food.
- Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of tables or work surfaces, and be careful not to allow the power cord to come into contact with the hot surfaces of the equipment.
- Always place the unit securely in the center of the table or worktop.
- Do not touch hot device surfaces. Use the handles to move or lift.
- The device must not be used by children.
- Use of accessories not expressly recommended by the manufacturer may result in injury.
- Do not place or use the unit on heat-sensitive glass surfaces, wooden surfaces or tablecloths. Be sure to place a heat-resistant plate with thermal protection under the unit on these surfaces.
- Never use the device if the power cord is damaged, if the device malfunctions or has been damaged in any other way.
- Before cleaning or when not in use, switch off the device and disconnect the power plug from the socket. Allow the device to cool down before removing or adding any parts.
- Do not place the device in the immediate vicinity of hot gas or electric ovens or in a heated oven.
- If the power plug does not fit properly, always contact a qualified electrician to minimize the potential for electrical shock. Never try to manipulate the power plug in any way.
- Do not clean the device with metallic scouring pads. Small metal parts could break off and short out the electrical components of the device, which could result in electric shock or damage the device.
- To minimize the risk of electric shock, only prepare food in the supplied, coated, non-stick container.
- This device is designed for indoor use only.
- Use the device only for its intended purpose.

CAUTION
Risk of burns! During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air
outlets. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from
the air outlets. Also be careful of hot steam and air when you remove
appliance parts from the appliance.

Operation

| Press the lid release button to open the lid. Pull up it to the designated
angle by holding the lid handle. Below is the correct method of opening or
closing the lid of the appliance:

| Put in the cooking pot and the accessories (if required) and the food to be
cooked.
Note: Do not stack the food close to the heating element or the food may get
charred.

| Make sure the lid is closed. One hand presses the base button down. The
other hand holds the base handle to place the machine to regular direction or
tilted direction.

Note: Refer to below recipe table to choose the correct cooking direction.
Note: The lid cannot be opened when the machine is at tilt direction.

| Two hands hold the base handle to recover the machine from tilt to regular
direction.

| Three lines (—) are displayed on the LED screen after the unit is connected to the power supply. If you press the START button once, the unit switches to standby mode. Three zeros (000) are displayed on the LED screen.

| Press the menu button to select the desired mode. The corresponding preset time and temperature will be displayed on the LED screen. The temperature and preparation time can be adjusted according to individual needs.

| If no mode setting is made, the appliance can still be used if the
preparation time and temperature setting are made. If you press the TEMP/TIME
button, “°C” will be displayed on the LED screen. You can press the +/-
buttons to adjust the temperature. Each press changes the temperature by 10°C.
Press the button again after adjusting the temperature. min” flashes on the
LED screen. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the preparation time. Each time the
button is pressed, the preparation time changes by one minute. Press the START
button when you have finished your setting.

| Press the START button to start the appliance. The cooking pan rotates continuously during operation. In the inclined position, the food in the cooking bowl is turned for even browning.

| When a certain temperature is reached, the heating element may pause. As soon as the temperature drops, the heating element is automatically reactivated. This process is repeated each time the temperature you set is reached.

| If food needs to be added during preparation, first move the appliance to the straight position by pulling the handle. Then, after pressing the lid release
button, pull the lid upwards. The appliance will then stop heating immediately. If you close the lid again after adding the food, the preparation process continues. Never open the lid when the appliance is in the inclined position.

| As soon as the set preparation time has elapsed, the appliance beeps. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and remove the food. Take care to avoid burns. Place the cooking pan on a fireproof surface to prevent damage to the worktop.

| 12. in standby mode, press the PRESET button and then set the cooking time. The preset preparation time is 30 minutes. Each time this button is pressed, the preparation time is adjusted by 60 minutes. The adjustable time range is from 1 minute to 12 hours. Once the time setting has reached one hour, each press adds another hour. After setting the preparation time, press the START button. Then press the Menu button to select the desired mode. Press the TEMP/TIME button to adjust the temperature and preparation time. If you then press the START button to confirm, the appliance starts operation and the preparation time is counted down. An alarm icon will appear on the LED screen during the countdown.
HOW TO USE THE ACCESSORIES
Pot handle
- Lift the lower part of the handle (1), slide the lock counterclockwise upwards (2) and open the handle (Fig. 1).
- Insert the lower part of the clamp into the gap between pot and housing (Fig. 2).
- Lift the lower part of the handle (1) and do not release it. Make sure that the handle is firmly attached to the pot. Now you can lift the pot (Fig. 3).
- If you want to remove the handle from the pot, release the pressure of the fingers on the lower part of the handle (1). Now you can remove the handle from the pot (Fig. 3).
- Lift the lower part of the handle (1) and slide the lock clockwise downwards (2). Make sure that the handle is properly closed for storage (Fig. 4).
Low rack
Put the rack into the cooking pot. Place the food on the rack direct, choose
the desired functions.
Baking pan and tong
- Place the low rack into the cooking pot, put the baking pan onto the rack, place the food inside and choose the desired function.
- Press “START”.
Note: The tong is helpful to move the accessories and food.
- It is recommended to install a stainless steel grease filter on the heat protection before preparing fatty foods in order to avoid accumulation of grease inside the appliance.
- Place the filter under the heat shield and turn it clockwise. Clean the grease filter after each use.

CLEANING AND CARE
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning.
- The housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
- The cooking pan and accessories such as pliers, baking pan, low grid and filter can be cleaned with mild soapy water.
- Never immerse the appliance in water.
- Ensure that the accessories are dried before reuse.
