  • The scale is a precision device. Do not drop, hit or shake it.
  • If the scale is not used for a long time, remove the batteries. Batteries that are flat or out of use for a long time may leak.

Remove the batteries ifthe device will not be used for a longer time. Batteries that are flat or have been out of use for a long time may leak.

Do not immerse the probe cable in water. Only a steel probe can be washed. Wash the steel probe after each use.
Do not let the probe cable come into contact with open flames or touch very hot parts (above 25o•c J.
Do not place the device in an oven or places with increased temperature.

Using the meat thermometer function

1. Connect the probe to the device.
2. Activate the device using the switch.

3. Set the mode selector switch to the”COOK”position.
4. Select the type of meat with the M/M button by pressing it repeatedly.
5. Select the doneness by pressing the SIT button repeatedly.
6. Press the SIS/Alert button to change the temperature unit.
7. To set your required Alert temperature, press and hold the SIS/Alert button for 3 seconds. When the temperature indication flashes, set it with the M/M (increase) and SIT (decrease) buttons.
8. Insert the probe in the meat. An alert will sound when the desired temperature is reached.

Using the timer function

1. Activate the device using the switch.
2. Set the mode selector switch to the”TIMER”position.
3. The device can operate as a timer or a stopwatch.
4. Press the SIS/Alert button to activate the stopwatch (time count) when the display shows 00:00.
To stop the stopwatch, press the button again.
5. To reset the stopwatch, press two buttons M/M and SIT simultaneously.
6. To set the timer time, use the M/M button to set minutes and the SIT button to set seconds. Press the SIS/Alert button to start the countdown.

Replacing the batteries:

1. Open the battery compartment cover.
2. Remove old batteries. Insert new batteries observing correct polarity.
3. Snap the battery cover back in place.
