INSTALLATION ADVICE
- Always switch off the mains supply before installation.
- It is recommended that luminaires are installed and fitted by a qualified electrician ensuring the installation complies with the current building regulations and AS.NZS 3000.
- These products are designed for connection to a 220-240V 50Hz supply.
- Any broken or damaged parts should be replaced as soon as possible. We will not accept responsibility for any claims arising from a poor installation.
DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
This security light comes complete with an infrared detector. It can switch on the security light when movement in the surrounding area is detected or when natural daylight becomes dark.
MANUAL OVERRIDE FUNCTION
The light can be switched on for a longer time by using the manual override function.
- Switch the internal wall switch from on to off, and then on again within 2 seconds. It will illuminate continuously.
- To switch the unit back into Auto Mode, switch the internal wall switch from off to after 10 seconds.
PIR SENSOR FUNCTION
- Adjusting the Lux Control Level: It can work in the daytime and night when it is adjusted on the “sun” position (max.). It can work in an environment of less than 3lux when it is adjusted on the “moon” position (min.). Customers can adjust between min. to max. as they desire.
- Adjusting the Duration Time: It can be set to the customer’s needs. The minimum time is 10sec±3sec. The maximum time is 7min±3min. When it receives the second induction signal after the first induction, it will compute time once more on the rest of the first duration time.
- Adjusting the Sensor: It can be adjusted from low sensitivity of 5m distance to high sensitivity of 12m distance according to location.
NOTE: If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or its agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
