CAUTIONS

  • To ensure personal safety, proper grounding of the electrical fixture is required.
  • The fixture must be wired in accordance with the National Electric Code and applicable local codes or ordinance

  • Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture, in order to prevent possible shock.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tools Needed: Screwdriver, drill, wire nuts, electrical tape. If you are replacing an existing fixture, remove and disconnect the old fixture first.

  1. Place the canopy against the ceiling in the desired orientation and mark the locations of the mounting keyhole slots.
  2.  If necessary, drill holes for drywall anchors in the marked locations and install the anchors.
  3. Install the supplied mounting screws. Leave approximately 1/4 inch of screw length exposed in order to mount the canopy.
  4. Expose the power supply wires from the junction box.
  5. Connect the green fixture ground wire to the junction box ground wire by using a wire nut.
  6. Connect the white fixture neutral wire to the junction box white neutral wire by using a wire nut.
  7. Connect the black fixture hot wire to the junction box black hot wire by using a wire nut.
  8. Align the canopy base over the mounting screws so that the screw heads come through the keyhole slots.
  9. Shift the canopy base slightly until the screws are at the small end of the keyhole slots.
  10. Tighten the mounting screws until the canopy base is snugly seated against the ceiling. Be sure that the wires are placed properly within the junction box.
  11. Place the diffuser on the canopy. Then place the metal ring on the diffuser. Let the 4 screws from the ring mount tubes protrude through the holes in the metal ring.
  12.  Twist the 4 decorative nuts onto the ring mount tubes to secure the ring and diffuser.
  13. The installation is complete. Restore power to the fixture and verify the fixture operates properly.

CCT Color Selection

Color Changing Temperature Adjustment, CCT (if desired).

  1. Adjust CCT switches on each board accordingly to the desired color temperature as seen below. All boards must be set the same way.
    Note: Fixture is preset to 3000K from the factory. Power to fixture must always be turned OFF prior to adjusting CCT switches.
