Mowing blade ALM030
The accessory ALM030 enables the lawn to be cut more quickly since it increases the cutting width of the robotic mower by 2 cm.

For this purpose, the mowing blade with a cutting width of 28cm was installed as standard, and the carrier plate on the robotic mowers from the RMI632 series are replaced with a mowing blade with a cutting width of 30cm and blade support.

Notes on mowing

4.1 Adapting the programming
The robotic mower mows the mowing area automatically as usual when the mowing blade ALM030 is fitted.

The bigger cutting width enables the mowing duration to be reduced by up to 10% – see the section “Adapting the programming” in the instruction manual for the robotic mower.

Maintenance

5.1 Maintenance operations

  • Weekly Carry out a weekly visual inspection of the mowing blade, blade support, and fastening nut for damage (notches, cracks, fractures, etc.) and wear.
  • Replace the mowing blade every 200 hours.
    Replacement blade (30cm): 6309 702 0102

5.2 Cleaning

  • Clean the mowing blade weekly (e.g.with a brush). If the noise produced by the machine increases during mowing, remove any dirt from the mowing blade, blade support, and mowing deck housing more frequently. The mowing blade and blade support can also be installed offset by 180°.

5.3 Mowing blade maintenance

Risk of injury!
In particular, check for wear on the mowing blade; the same wear limits apply as for the original mowing blade.
The mowing blade, blade support, and fastening nut must be replaced if damaged (e.g.broken, worn).

  • Maintain the mowing blade as per the instruction manual for the robotic mower.
  • For information on removing and installing the mowing blade, see the sections “Removing ALM030” (⇒ 3.3) and “Installing ALM030”. (⇒ 3.2)
