Button Operations

Power ON: Take out both earbuds from the charging case, it will get ON automatically. Otherwise, Press MFB for 3 seconds on both the earbuds to Power ON. Blue & red LEDs will flash alternatively to indicate that the earbuds are turned on. You will also hear a voice prompt “Power On”.
Power OFF: Press the MFB of either earbud for 5 sec or keep the earbuds inside the charging case.
Google Assistance/Voice Assistant: Long Press MFB of either earbud for 2 seconds until hearing beep prompt to active Google assistant/Voice assistant function. Receive/Hangup Call: Click MFB of either earbud once.
Call Reject: Long press MFB of either earbud for 2 seconds.
Play/Pause: Click MFB of either earbud once.
Next Song: Click MFB of either earbud twice.
Previous Song: Click MFB of either earbud thrice.

Wireless Connection:

1. Turn ON both the earbuds, blue & red light will flash alternatively to indicate that the earbuds are turned ON.
2. Left & Right earbuds will get automatically paired to each other within seconds after getting turned ON.
3. Blue & Red lights will flash alternatively to find the Bluetooth connection.
4. Turn ON the Bluetooth of Your device & search “Perron TWS” in your Bluetooth device list to connect the earbuds.
5. The blue light will flash every 5 seconds after a successful connection with the Phone. You will also hear a voice prompt “pron TWS is Connected”.

Charging:

1. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the charging box. In the meantime, the Red indicator is permanently ON during charging, and once it is full charged the Blue indicator will turn ON & after 10 seconds it will turn OFF
2. After connecting the charging box with a micro USB, the charging indicator flickers with blue light. If the first indicator flickers, the battery capacity of the charging box is around 25%. If the second indicator flickers, the battery capacity is around 50%. If the third indicator flickers, the battery capacity is around 75%.And if the fourth indicator flickers, the battery capacity is 100%. The four indicators are permanently on with blue light after the case is fully charged.
3. The charging box is ON with blue light when the earbuds are getting charged, and the indicator is turned off after charging is finished. The number of blue indicators represents the battery capacity of the charging box.

Note:

1. In case of a low battery, please charge the earbuds immediately to avoid connectivity issues.
2. Fully charge the earbuds before using them for the first time.

Troubleshooting:

1. One Earbud is Not Working
   • Place both earbuds in the charging case.
   • Take out both earbuds together from the charging case. Wait until L & R earbuds match each other.
   • After successful matching, only 1 earbud will flash Blue & Red light.
   • Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “Tron TWS” & connect.

2. Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning
   • Place both earbuds in the charging case.
   • Take out both earbuds together from the charging case.
   • Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
   • Now, search for “Tron TWS” on your Bluetooth device & connect.

3. Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call
   • Charge earbuds 100% before use.
   • Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.
