TIPS & HINTS – FOR ALL DRIVING ENVIRONMENTS

HOT WHeeLs GYD26 R-C Aaron Wheelz Fotheringham Wheelchair-

  1. When your wheelie chair starts to lose power, it may lose functionality or performance. It’s time for a recharge. For the best performance, always start with a fully-charged battery. Your wheelie chair’s running time may change depending on driving style and driving environment.
  2. Radio interference can make your wheelie chair run badly. Interference can be caused by other RC vehicles running on the same frequency, electrical wires, large buildings, CB radios, or other wireless gear. Try to stay away from these!
  3. Point your remote controller up, and not down toward your wheelie chair. If your wheelie chair gets too far away, it won’t work properly.
  4. Don’t store your wheelie chair near heat or in direct sunlight. Always turn switches OFF and remove all batteries from remote controller before storage.
  5. Don’t drive your wheelie chair in sand or through water or snow. Do not immerse your wheelie chair in water. If your wheelie chair does get wet, wipe it with a towel and allow to dry completely overnight. If your remote controller is accidentally dropped in water, remove battery(ies) and allow your remote controller to air-dry. Replace with fresh battery(ies) before operation.
  6. When exposed to an electrostatic source, the remote controller and/or the wheelie chair may malfunction. To resume normal operation of the remote controller, remove the batteries and reinstall them after 5 seconds. To resume normal operation of the wheelie chair, turn the power OFF for 5 seconds, then turn it ON again.

SAFETY TIPS

  1. Play safely! Do not drive the wheelie chair in the street!
  2. DO NOT pick up the wheelie chair while in motion.
  3. Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away from the wheels while the wheelie chair is switched ON.
  4. Adult supervision is recommended when the wheelie chair is being operated.
  5. To avoid accidental operation, remove all batteries from the remote controller when not in use and switch the wheelie chair OFF before storage.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION

  1. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  2. Do not recharge battery if it is hot. Allow it to cool before recharging.
  3. Do not recharge a battery pack that shows leakage or corrosion.
  4. Do not disassemble the battery pack. The battery pack is a sealed rechargeable Li-ion battery pack.
  5. If the battery pack and/or charging port are wet, thoroughly dry before charging.
  6. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
  7. The Li-ion battery in the wheelie chair is not intended to be replaced or removed by consumers. Before disposal in the waste stream, the Li-ion battery must be removed by a qualified professional and disposed of separately according to local regulations on battery collection and recycling.
  8. Do not dispose of the batteries in a fire.
