HAFELE DL6600 Digital door lock

Read before using

Product features

• Five-way solution
  Five electronic locking modes: Fingerprint, PIN code, Key card, Zigbee and emergency key.

• Capacity 300 Users (9 Admins, 291 normal users) 100 PIN codes, 100 key cards, 100 fingerprints.

• Random security coding function
  The random number can be added before and after the real user PIN code but the maximum length is 32 digits. This feature will prevent the real user PIN code from being exposed.

• Auto-lock/Auto re-lock function
  When the door is closed, the lock will lock automatically (Normally open mode is disabled).

• Privacy & Safe handle function
  When the Privacy function is activated the door cannot be opened from outside except mechanical key. The inside handle will be locked and user can not press the handle to open from indoor.

• Prevent mischief and hacking
  When entering 5 times a wrong user PIN code, key card and fingerprint in 5 minutes, the lock is suspended 90 seconds, after that the lock will activate again.

• Alarm for battery replacement time
  When the power of battery is too low, a warning voice will appear. From the fisrt alarm, the door lock can be unlocked for 200 times. Please replace all batteries immediately.

Warnings

• Read and understand all instructions before use.
• If damage is caused by failure to follow this instructions, the warranty does not apply.
• Only use alkaline batteries.
• Do not expose the product and accessories to rain or water.
• Do not expose the product to corrosive substances to avoid damage to the protective cover.
• Do not scrape the fingerprint sensor with any sharp objects, otherwise it may cause permanent damage.
• When cleaning the product, please wipe with a soft cloth.
• If there is a low battery alert, please replace all the batteries in time and make sure they are properly installed.

Installation steps

• Step 1:
  Install the mortise and cylinder

• Step 2:
  Install the front panel
  Note: The arrow mark must be aligned with the right or left open direction arrow mark

• Step 3:
  Install the back panel

• Step 4:
  Install the batteries

• Step 5:
  Check the operation, and finish the installation

Lock Settings

Factory default settings

Important: First step is to set the Admin PIN code/key card/ Fingerprint.

Initialization

Press the setting key (on the back panel) for 5 seconds, then voice broadcast “initialization succeeded”.
Note:
The initial password is “123456”, or any fingerprint can open the door. After setting the Admin PIN/Password/Fingerprint , the initial password will be deleted automatically.

Add the first admin

The “#” key is the Confirm Key or the Menu Function Key. The “” key is the Clear Key or Back Key. In the initial state, touch the screen, press “” and then press “#” buttons, or directly press the “Set” button on the back panel , then add master information.

Light up the keypad

Note: Before adding the administrator information, you can use the initialized password (123456) to open the door. After adding the admin information, the initial password will be automatically invalid. Total 9 admins can be added.

Add User & Admin 

1. During the adding process, you can not add information that already exists. Password：6 to 12 digits
2. The administrator user is recommended to set at least one group of fingerprint/password/card, and be sure to remember the administrator user information.

Delete user/admin

• Touch screen -> press “*” -> press “#” Or press “Set” on the back panel
• Voice broadcast: “Please verify administrator information”
• Press 2 to enter the screen of deleting users. Voice broadcast:”Please enter unlocking information”
• After successful verification, voice broadcast

Normally open mode

• Touch screen -> press “*” -> press “#” Or press “Set” on the back panel
• Voice broadcast: “Please verify administrator information”

Press 3 , voice broadcast

1. function setting

After successful verification, voice broadcast When restoring the factory default settings, the original language remains unchanged, you need to enter the setting interface to switch language

Press 1 to enter “function setting”

After the normally open mode is turned on, each time when unlocking, the lock will enter the normally open state, press “#” to lock.

Two-step Verification Mode

Press 2 , two-step verification It needs two general users to verify to unlock Note: Only valid for normal users. Admins are not restricted.

• Voice broadcast: “Please verify administrator information”

Press 4 , ltime setting, change time according to voice guidance

Prevent mischief and hacking function

More than 5 times wrong password in 5 minutes, the keyboard will be locked for 90 seconds, the system will not respond to any operation within the 90 seconds, you can enter the administrator mode through the setting button on the back panel to remove restrictions.

Random security coding function

Enter the password as follows when opening the door: XXX password XXX. You can add some irrelevant digits before and after the password, and then press # to confirm. The password must be included.

Low Battery Alarm

When the voltage is lower than 4.8V, there will be an alarm when unlocking. Starting from the first alarm, the door lock can be unlocked for 200 times. Over this number, unlocking will be prohibited. Please replace the batteries in time after the low voltage alarm occurs.

Privacy and Safe handle function

When Privacy switch/Safe handle switch is activated, both handles are locked. Users can not press the indoor handle to unlock from inside. From outside, only mechanical key can be used to unlock.
