Quick Start Guide
Get the app
Download the atomi smart app from the App Store or Google Ploy.
Register
Flaw the on-screen instructions and register on the account.
Add your Smart Bridge
Press “Add Device or the sign and noose the Smart Bridge to Install from the
device list.
Turn your phone’s Bluetooth ON
Connect the Smart Bridge to the USB wall charger and plug it into the outlet.
Press ‘Continuer on the otomi smart app.

Select the right network
Enter your WIFI password and ‘Confirm’.
(Make StrO))are connected to 0 2.46112 WA network fOtOrri Strut COM COMOOt to
Ott network.
Turn on the Smart Orb Light
Then open the Smart Bridge device that you added on the atom smart app home
screen.
Add your Smart Orb Light
Press ‘Add new device. If you have already added the device on Step 4. press
‘Add existing device”. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Troubleshooting

The app can’t find my smart device.
For Smart Bridge: Make sure that your phone’s Bluetooth is turned ON and the
permission settings are allowing the app to connect via Bluetooth.
For Smart Orb Light Press and hdd the “Mode button until the light starts
flashing to reset your device.
My WIFI network doesn’t appear In the atom) smart app.
Use your smartphone to confirm that you have at least two WIFI bonus In the
vicinity of your atom! smart device. If not move your atorni smart device
closer to your router. (The list will refresh every 10 seconds).
Cannot connect to my wifi network.
Make sure that you have entered the correct WIFI password during setup. Check
if there are problems with your Internet connection. If the WIFI signal Is too
weak. reset your WIFI router and try again.
My atom’ smart device appears as “Unavailable in the app.
Refresh the device list.
My atomic smart app is frozen.
Force quit and re-launch the atoms smart app.
I just replaced my router.
To reset the WIFI without losing your atom! smart device settings. hold
down the power button and wait for the LED to change from amber to blinding
white. then release. When the LED begins to alternate white and amber. follow
steps 3-5 to associate your otoconia smart device with your new network.
My Smart Orb Light has no power.
Plug the Wireless Charging Base Into the outlet and place your Smart Orb Light
on the base.
I’m still having trouble!
WiFi networks come in a lot of shapes and sizes with many quirks of their own.
It doesn’t mean your atomic smart device is malfunctioning. If problems
persist. please try these steps. in this order.
- Force quit and re-launch the atomic smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
- Unplug your atomic smart device and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
- Unplug your router and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
- Delete and reinstall the atomic smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
