WELCOME TO LEXI

USER GUIDE-WORK WITHOUT LEXI HUB

  1. Please select the ENVIRONMENT (NO HUB) mode at the menu of LEXI App by selecting “Add Environment/Hub
  2. Make sure your mobile’s WiFi is turned on and connected to 2.4G band and turned on the location.
  3. Power on your Air Quality Monitor. Then, press and hold the WiFi Button for 3-5 seconds unfil you see the LED flashing green ight.
  4. Select ADD NEW DEVICE at the LEXI APp and follow the instruction to complete adding the devicels]. In the pairing process. you will see the fast finishing Green light. Once it is connected. the light will turn Green without fiashing.
  5. Your device is added to the LEXI system successfully and ready to use.

USER GUIDE- WORK WITH LEXI HUB

  1. if you are using a LEXI Hub, make sure its powered on and connected to the internet, Also, make sure your LEXI Hub is ready to add a device|s) and work property with the LEXI App at your smart devices,. [ Detail instruction at the User Manual of LEXI Hub]
  2. Make sure your mobile’s Wifi is turned on and connected to 2.4G band and turned on the location,
  3. Power on your Air Quality Monitor. Then, press and hold the Wifi Button for 3-5 seconds until you see the LED flashing green light.

WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

  1. Do NOT Use near a blowing fan at any location with high wind flow, if caUse inconsistent measurements, resulting in income values.

  2. Do NOT cover the ventilation holes by hand, as the sweat contains formaldehyde-like substances which will cause a fault on the measurement.

  3. If the room has perfume, alcohol, smoke smell, and toilet odor, it will release the gases with a similar formaldehyde chemical structure and cause a higher formaldehyde value. It will also be a signal for you to alert some abnormal gases releasing at your room

  4. Do not place the device at areas with soot ash, vapor, and a high-concentration chemical pollution environment; it will cause some damage to the sensor.

  5. Do NOT put the device at a place out of the range of 41-104°F and humidity 30-80%

  6. The product is for indoor use only. Do NOT be directly expose to water, rain, sunlight, hot surface, and outdoors.

  7. This product is not a toy designed to be played with by children,

  8. For safety reasons and under the terms of the warranty, none of the enclosed devices should be opened

  9. Only use the adapter with a rating at DC5V 1 2A. if using a different rating’s adapter can damage the product.

WARRANTY:

LEXI provided a one-year warranty is valid if the product is used in accordance with the instructions and for its intended purpose.
Claims will only be accepted on submission of the original proof of purchase invoice, sales slip or receipt) stating the purchase date, the name of the dealer and a description of the product with product ID labeled at the products. or Instruction manual. The LEXI’s warranty lapses it:

  • Anything has been changed. crossed out. deleted or rendered illegible on the purchase docket or product description.

  •  A defect is caused by extreme circumstances not inherent to the product. for example. lightning. flooding. fire. incorrect use or negligence.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Ensure your device s within 60ft without an obstacle between either your LEXI Hub or your moble phone when being used without a Hub)
  • Ensure your mobile phone has turned on both WiFi (2.4G band) and location services.
  • Make sure the green light is not flashing. The flashing green ight means the connection with WiFi is not success. Please re-connect the device with WiF.
  • Confirm the device is paired with LEXI Hub or with your mobile phone
  • You can un-pair the device by LEXI App when necessary.
  • you feel the measurement of data has something abnormal. You can do a Zero calibration” by select this function at LEXI App.
    Then. simply put the Air Quality monitor close to the window with good ventilation for 15 minutes.
