This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully before installing or using the product.

Product description

Intended use

The BTTC100BK is a device that allows you to transmit or receive Bluetooth audio.

The BTTC100BK functions wirelessly with a built-in, rechargeable battery.

The product is not intended for professional use.

Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

Do not leave a battery on prolonged charge when not in use.
After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the cells or batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.
Batteries contain explosive gases. Prevent contact with flames and sparks. Provide adequate ventilation during charging.
Some wireless devices may interfere with implantable medical devices and other medical equipment, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants and hearing aids. Consult the manufacturer of your medical equipment for more information.
Do not use the product at locations where the use of wireless devices is prohibited due to potential interference with other electronic devices, which may cause safety hazards.
Read the manual carefully before use. Keep the manual for future reference.

Electronic equipment needs to bear the CE mark in order to be marketed in the EU. CE marking shows that a product is assessed before being placed on the market and that it meets EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements. CE marking is also sometimes accepted as a means of compliance with type-approval requirements; for example, electronic components that require type-approval and also CE marking for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) or low-voltage equipment.

Installation

Check the contents of the package

Check that all parts are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.

Charging the product

1. Connect A 9 to A 6.

2. Plug the other end of A 9 into a 5V/1A USB adapter (not provided).

3. Plug the USB adapter into a power outlet.

A 3 lights up to indicate that the product is charging.
A 3 switches off when the battery is fully charged.

Switching the product on/off

1. Press and hold A 4 for 3 seconds to switch the product on or off.

The product automatically switches off when it is not paired within 5 minutes.

1. Set the mode switch A 1 to RX.

2. Plug the 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm audio cable A 8 into the aux output/input A 5.

3. Plug the other end of A 8 into the audio device.

It is also possible to connect headphones directly to A 5.
You can also connect an audio device with the 3.5 mm female to 2 x RCA cable A 7.

4. Switch on the product.

A 2 flashes quickly.

5. Enable Bluetooth on the device you want to pair.

6. Select “BTTC100BK” from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your device.

A 2 flashes slowly to indicate pairing is successful.

7. Press A 4 to play or pause music.

1. Set A 1 to TX.

2. Plug A 8 into A 5.

3. Plug the other end of A 8 into your audio source.

You can also connect an audio device with the 3.5 mm female to 2 x RCA cable A 7.

4. Switch on the product.

A 2 flashes quickly.

5. Keep your Bluetooth audio device within range and switched on.

Pairing time will vary depending on the device used.
A 5 flashes slowly to indicate pairing is successful.

Maintenance

Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
Do not clean the inside of the product.

Warranty

Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.
