Brief Description of Product Features

  • This product uses software programming to achieve FM, medium wave, short wave, and full-band wireless radio reception, delivering excellent sound quality.
  • This device allows for wireless music playback through Bluetooth connectivity and supports music playback via TF and USB cards.
  • This product offers two power supply options: AC and DC.

Quickly Mastering the Functions of Each Button

Power Switch

Toggle Switch

  • Insert the AC power cord into the [AC IN] power port (located on the left side of the device) or insert four AA dry batteries [1.5V×4AA]. The LCD will display the time. Move the switch to the [ON] position to power on the radio. Move the switch to the [OFF] position to power off the radio.。

Volume Adjustment

  • In operating mode, you can adjust the volume as needed by rotating the volume knob. Turning the volume knob in the ‘ direction increases the volume, while turning it in the ‘ direction decreases the volume.”

Listening to Radio Broadcasts

  • In the radio powered on state, push the four position switch to select the mode button. This product can receive , medium wave, and short wave. The reception ranges and step values for each band are as follows

Method for Adjusting the Medium Wave Step Value

  • For medium wave reception, different countries have different requirements, and you can adjust it according to your needs.
  • Clock Display Mode: Long press the button for approximately 3 seconds, and the LCD screen will display the “10KHZ” character.
  • Press the   button again, and it will toggle between the step values “9KHZ / 10KHZ.” After about 1.5 seconds, the number disappears, and the last selected step value becomes the default.
  • Note: In the United States, Canada, Mexico, and other North and South American countries, the medium wave step value must be set to 10KHZ, while in other countries, the step value is 9KHZ.

This product supports multiple tuning methods

  • Manual tuning, automatic radio station search, and full automatic radio station storage.

Manual Tuning

  • Rotate the ****knob to increase or decrease the frequency in each band by the minimum step value.

Automatic Radio Station Search

  • Press and hold [▲ or▼ ] for 2 seconds to quickly search for radio stations in an upward or downward direction using the minimum step value. When a station with a signal is found, the search stops, and the station starts playing.
  • Full Automatic Radio Station Storage : In the radio broadcast mode, press and hold for 2 seconds to initiate a full automatic scan for radio stations. The device will automatically store stations from the lowest to the highest frequency point.
  • During the full automatic scanning process, the LCD will display “SCAN” in the upper left corner and the station’s address number in the upper right corner as “M**” (the number represents the station’s address number). After completing one round of scanning, the device will automatically stop the search and start playing the first stored station.
  • *This device can store up to 20 AM stations, 30 FM stations, and 60 SW stations, for a total of 110 radio stations.
  • Note : The number of stored radio stations may vary based on the local signal strength and environment.

Manual Station Storage Method

  • In the radio broadcast mode, after using the methods described in 6.3.1 & 6.3.2 to search for your desired station frequency, do the following: Light press to enter the station storage mode. The LCD will display the station address as ” M ,” with the “” station address number flashing. At this point, press [▲ or ▼] to select the station address number. Press  again to confirm your selection, and the “**” station address will stop flashing. After 5 seconds, the ” station address display will exit, indicating that the manual station storage operation is complete.

Method for Removing Radio Station

  • In the radio broadcast mode, after storing radio stations using the methods described in sections 6.3.3 and 6.4, light press [▲ &▼] to select station numbers. Each light press of [▲ or ▼] will change to the next stored radio station.

Note: If the LCD displays ‘M ‘ it means there are no preset radio stations.

Bluetooth Playback

The Bluetooth pairing name for this product is: HRD 206.

  • In the power on working mode, light press to switch to the ” ” mode. The symbol will blink, indicating that it’s waiting to connect to a Bluetooth device. Once the connection is successful, the “ ” symbol will stop blinking.
  • Light press [▲] to skip to the next song, light press [▼] to go back to the previous song, and light press  to toggle between pause and play. You can also use your mobile device for corresponding controls.

Using TF Card/USB Card Playback Properly insert the TF card.

  • Properly insert the USB playback card. 8.1
  • Turn the switch [ ] to the TF position, light press  to switch to “ card mode/USB mode, and music will play automatically. Light press  to pause/play.
  • Light press [▲ ] to skip to the next song, light press [▼ ] to go back to the previous song, long press [▲ ] for fast forward, and long press [▼ ] for fast rewind down 8.3: Supports a maximum of 256GB.
  • Supports MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, and FLAC formats for music playback.

Time Settings

  • In the power on or power off mode, long press [ ] for 2 seconds to initiate the runtime setting. The hours
  • will start flashing as a prompt. Light press or long press [▲ , ▼ ] to adjust the hour time upwards or downwards. Then, light press  to move to the minute time, which will also start flashing. Light press or long press [▲ , ▼ ] to adjust the minute time

Scheduled Power-On Time Setting

  • Setting the Scheduled Power On Time: In clock display mode, long press [ ] for 2 seconds. The LCD screen will display the scheduled power on hour with “**” and “AL” characters flashing. Light press or long press [▲ , ▼ ] to adjust the scheduled power on hour time upwards or downwards.
  • Then, light press [ ] to move to the scheduled power on minute time, which will also flash with “**” and “AL”. Light press or long press [▲ , ▼ ] to adjust the scheduled power on minute time upwards or downwards. Light press [ ] to confirm. If you stop the operation, the
  • device will automatically confirm the adjusted scheduled power on time within 10 seconds.
  • Disabling the Scheduled Power On Function: In clock display mode, when the LCD screen displays the “AL” character, light press to disable the scheduled power on function, and the “AL” character will disappear from the LCD screen.

Setting the Sleep Auto Shutdown Time

  • While the device is powered on or in a scheduled power on state, long press
    • for 2 seconds to activate the sleep timer setting. The LCD will display ” 120,” and the ” symbol will blink to indicate this. light press [▲ ▼ ] to choose the sleep timer duration from options such as 120 110 100
  • 90 80 70 60 50 40 30 20 10 OFF (in minutes). If there is no further input within 3 seconds, the LCD will return to the playback mode, and the blinking ” ” symbol will cease. In this mode, the device will automatically power off within the selected sleep timer duration.

Locking and Unlocking Function

  • Long press [ ] for 2 seconds, and the LCD screen will display the ” ” symbol, indicating that the device is locked.
  • Long press [ ] for 2 seconds once more, and the ” ” symbol will disappear, indicating that the device is unlocked.

Note : The [ Volume Knob, OFF/ON Toggle Switch] are not affected by the lock, while other buttons are locked. To unlock, follow the steps above.

Adjusting the Radio Backlight Brightness

  • Light press to adjust the backlight brightness. You can choose from three options: low brightness, high brightness, or turning off the backlight.

Using the Antenna

  • When listening to FM and SW, extend the antenna and adjust its length and direction to find the best reception.
  • Tip: If you experience strong interference from a radio station causing channel overlap, you can mitigate it by adjusting the telescopic antenna to a shorter length.
  • For AM broadcasts, this device utilizes a built in magnetic antenna to receive medium wave signals. Magnetic antennas have some directionality when receiving signals. Therefore, when listening to medium wave broadcasts, try rotating the device to find the optimal reception position.
