This document is the user manual and contains all the information for correct, efficient and safe use of the product.

This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully before installing or using the product.

Product description

Intended use

This product is a chopper that chops food into smaller pieces.

The product is intended for indoor use only.

This product can be used by children aged from 6 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.

This product is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farmhouses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments and bed and breakfast type environments.

Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

  • Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
  • This product may only be serviced by a qualified technician for maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.
  • Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
  • Disconnect the product from the power source and other equipment if problems occur.
  • Switch off and disconnect the product from the power source before you change accessories or approach parts that move in use.
  • Do not unplug the product by pulling on the cable. Always grasp the plug and pull.

Installation

Check the contents of the package

Check that all parts are present and that no damage is visible on the parts. If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the website: www.nedis.com.

Place the product on a stable and flat surface.

Use

Before first use

1. Remove all packaging.

2. Clean all parts that come in contact with food before use.

Using the product

1. Place the product on a flat surface close to a power outlet.

2. Put the blades A7 into the chopper bowl A4.

3. Put the ingredients into A4.

  • Cut large foods into smaller pieces before processing.

4. Put the chopper lid A5 onto A4.

5. Place the motor unit A3 on A5, aligning the pins of A3 to the notches in A5.

  • The product will not operate unless the pins of A3 and notches in A5 align.

6. Plug the power cable A6 into a power outlet.

7. Hold the product with both hands on A3.

  • The product has two chopping speeds. A1 for chopping slowly. A2 for chopping fast.

8. Press the power button A1 or A2 to pulse the blades A7.

9. Press and hold the power button A1 or A2 to process.

Release the power button after 60 seconds of continuous use. Use the product max. 5 times in a row. After 5 consecutive uses, allow the product to cool down to room temperature to avoid overheating.

Clean all parts that come into contact with food with hot water and dish soap after each use.

2.Chop for 30 seconds

3.Wait for 1 minute

4.Repeat 2. and 3. until desired result.

Herbs

1.Measure up to 120 g

2.Wash and dry thoroughly.

3.Chop for 20 seconds

4.Wait for 1 minute

5.Repeat 3. and 4. until desired result.

Nuts, cookies, crackers

1.Chop for 20 seconds

2.Wait for 1 minute

3.Repeat 1. and 2. until desired result.

Fresh meat

|

1.Measure up to 150 g

2.Cut into small strips

3.Chop for 15 seconds

4.Wait for 1 minute

5.Repeat 3. and 4. until desired result.

Maintenance

  • Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
  • Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning the product.
  • Disconnect the product from the power source before service and when replacing parts.
  • A4A5A7 can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.

This product is designed for private use (normal domestic use) only. Nedis is not responsible for wear, defect and/or damages caused by commercial use of the product.
