Operation

First Use

Take out both earphones then re-insert them back into the case to activate the earphones.
If headphones fail to be charged, please charge the charging case (for details, please refer to 5.2).
Take out both earphones then re-insert them back into the case to activate the earphones, The EP800 will enter connection mode and the left status LED will flashes white and red.

Power

Please fully charge the EP800 before first use or if left unused for a long period of time.

To charge earphones, put earphones into the charging case. While charging, two status LED lights are red and turn off once fully charged.
To charge the charging case, use the power cable to connect the charging case to a powered USB port.

The battery indicator flashes one bar and turns to four bars once fully charged. While charging, the battery indicator flashes one bar and turns to four bars once fully charged.

Switch On/ Off
Switch On/ Off by charging the case

To switch on the EP800, take out both 2 earphones from the charging case. The EP800 will enter reconnection mode and the left status LED will flash white.
To switch off the EP800, insert both 2 earphones back into the charging case.

Switch On/ Off by earphones (when earphones are not in the charging case)

To switch on the EP800, press and hold Power Button for 1 second. The EP800 will enter reconnection mode and the left status LED will flash white.
To switch off the EP800, press and hold Power Button for 5 seconds.

Bluetooth Connections

The EP800 will enter reconnection mode after switching on and will connect to any previously known device automatically. For the first connection, please refer to 5.1 First use. To pair to a new device, insert earphones back into the charging case, then disconnect the EP800 from your old device. Take earphones from the charging case again.
The left status LED will flash white for around 30 seconds at first, and the left status LED will flash white and red alternately which indicates EP800 enter pairing mode.

For mobile phones and tablets

  1. Scan for available Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone or tablets.
    (Please consult your device’s user manual if necessary)

  2. Select ‘EP800.L’ from the available devices and confirm the connection.

  3. Once successfully connected, the status LED will turn off.

For computers

  1. Enable the Bluetooth function on your computer.
  2. Select ‘Device and Printers’ from the Control Panel and click ‘Add a Device’.
  3. Select ‘EP800.L’ from the available devices, the system will automatically install the driver automatically. If a pin code is requested, please enter the code ‘0000’.
  4. Once successfully paired and connected, the status LED will turn off.

Resetting
Please try the following steps if fail to connect with the mobile device
Take out two earphones, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the earphones. Two LEDs turn off. Press two power buttons for 10 seconds and two LEDs will flash white and red, then both turn off.
Put two earphones back into the charging case. And then take them out from the charging case again, The EP800 will enter connection mode. Connect your device with EP800.

Remote Control
Press the button to answer the phone call.
Press the button again to hang up the phone call.
Press and hold the button for 1 second to decline the phone call.
Under the calling status, press and hold the button for 1 second to switch the audio output between the device and earphones.
Under the calling status, press the button twice to turn on or off the Mute function.
Press the button to play or pause the music.
Press the button twice to play the next song.
Press the button 3 times to play the previous song.
Under the standby status, press the button 3 times to activate the voice assistant.
Under the standby status, press the button four 4 times to dial the last calling number.

Charging

To charge earphones, put earphones into the charging case. While charging, two status LED lights are red and turn off once fully charged.
To charge the charging case, use the power cable to connect the charging case to a powered USB port.

While charging, the battery indicator flashes one bar and turns to four bars once fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 1. 5 hours depending on power input.

Note:

  1. When charging the EP800, ensure that the output voltage from the USB port or charger is 5V. Using a voltage greater than 5V may damage the earphones.
  2. Please fully charge the EP800 before first use or if left unused for a long period of time.
  3. If you are using a smart USB charger, use the common USB port, ensuring that the output voltage is 5V.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Won’t turn on. Please charge the EP800.
Can’t find the EP800. Confirm the EP800 is in pairing status and within 10

meters from the device.
Can’t install the driver for EP800 on a computer.| Update the driver of the Bluetooth module on your computer.
The sound quality is intermittent in Bluetooth mode.| Disable the Wi-Fi on your source device.
No sound.| Check the volume on the source device.
Not charging| Ensure that the output voltage of the USB port or charger is 5V. Use a different 5V USB charging port.

Warranty

This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. In the unlikely event of any defect arising due to faulty materials or workmanship, the unit will be either replaced or repaired free of charge ( where possible) during this period. An alternative product will be offered in case the product is no longer available or repairable.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • The warranty is only valid within the country where the product is purchased.
  • The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance to the instructions given in this user manual.
  • The product must be used solely for domestic purposes.
  • The warranty only covers the main unit and does not cover the accessories.
  • The warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, and natural disaster.
  • The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is resold or has been damaged by inexpert repairs. The manufacturers disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

  • Any faulty product must be kept and returned in the original packaging with all the accessories and the original copy of the purchase receipt.
