Fronius TransSteel 3000C Welding System
Welding system maintenance interval
Warning: Operating the equipment incorrectly can cause serious injury and damage. All work on system components may only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel. The procedures described in the operating instructions must be followed. The safety rules set out in the power source operating instructions must be observed.
- Check components for wear, soiling and correct setting. Service if required.
- Carry out the required servicing work and clean, replace or adjust the components.
- Service the equipment once per shift.
The specified intervals are intended for use in two-shift operation. Information about the correct procedure to follow in each case can be found in the operating instructions for the system component in question.
Important: All details regarding maintenance intervals are to be interpreted as recommendations and may have to be revised as circumstances dictate. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by inadequate or poorly performed maintenance.
